i have a question, garnacho potential was 97, now it reduced to 94, so that means he wont be able to go higher than 94? why it changed mid season? my training ground is maxed, training manager, but still player progress is slow
2 weeks late but potential changes overtime if your player dont get enough play time, also the older your player becomes and if he dont improve each season it will reduce.
WORST SM EVER These are some of the bugs I have noticed in the newly released SM25 so far: •The Tackling intensity is permanently set to Aggressive. •You only receive Job offers from the clubs in the league you are already managing •Wingbacks and CBs dont gets high player ratings even if its a Clean Sheet. I think Player ratings are set as per attacking plays only. •Other team mates dont celebrate with the player in Quick Play mode and no player goal animations aswell. •When changing tactics and instructions sometimes the formation changes back to default formation by itself. •Player Birthdates are gone and they age 1 year every new season. •Wonderkids and Top world players screen doesn't open from the Task tab. •Player Screen/attributes tab sometimes doesn't open from the Messages/Events section. •No Update for when Free Rewards are available unless you go to the Shop Tab •Player loans request doesnt come from appropriate clubs that need the player or will play them but teams that will keep the player on the bench. These are just the few problems I have noticed in 2 days of playing. There might be more and I will update as I play. For eg I need to still try Create a Club mode So far this is the worst Soccer Manager. Things that were fine in SM24 are now creating problems and there are hardly any new features. I hope the Developers fix these big issues ASAP and better the game.
Great observation. I also noticed many of those things and its really anoying. Really really bad manager. I just wanna add one thing, my training camp is max level and youngsters progres per training 0.05 points hahah wtf

Why is it that every time I do training, the player rating only increases by 0.06 and there is no increase at all?
Its because u have 2 many players, so it spreads out between them. Hope this helps!

I keep conceding on corners man it is impossible to defend corners
The game is awful to play, schedule doesnt make sense cost player fatigue, its hard to manage it unless you have infinity boost.
