I did my drone fuel distribution differently. I had one master drone port (a depot) with no assigned drone. At my Factories / Bases that used drones in each one had a dedicated dedicated fuel port that retrieved fuel from the depot and distributed it to the ports receiving or sending out materials.
@@jackblade281 I've never had an issue with drones having to wait, or run out of fuel in my experience. Maybe if you had hundreds of drones then you would need a more robust distribution system.
You missed so much in this video. This is drones elementary. No explanation of how to use the same port to send and receive different items and the balancing requirements to do so. No mention that it's far better to leave your fuel distribution hub without a drone and send the receiving end to them. You literally only discussed the obvious stuff.
I understand that, and a month ago I made 30 minute videos on this stuff that would have fit all that. But I decided to try out shorter form content when literally every previous video I released at that length got hammered with "video too long, make shorter videos" by my viewers, and the algorithm demands what it demands. I have to follow the feedback. So the deeper dive stuff has to be relegated to my Let's Play and my sunday Livestreams. Does it suck? Yes! What also don't feel great is no matter what I do someone is gonna hate on it. So I will do what grows my channel the fastest, makes me have the most fun, and that I have energy for. Don't like how I play the game or how I make videos? Maybe my channel is not for you, and thats fine.
@jackblade281 just trying to help. If you're going to call something a complete guide then make it one. Not just the basics literally anyone can figure out with 10 minutes of goofing around. You do what works for you, but this is not my content. Best of luck.

nice! I feel liek that might end up with drones waiting in line to pick up fuel though? or you just add more depots to pick up from after a while?

@@sheldonpetrie3706 Hey if it works it works :P
@@jackblade281 i also do it like that btw but i just have some more depots for just fuel
@@indio2111 Nice, I might try that one out, it should be more power efficient if anything
Happy 2k jackblade. Here for u Bruv. Loving the vids
Thanks man! And thanks for the support ❤
You can also use it to import fuel for generators, building satellite factories that doesn’t need to be connected to a common grid.
very true!
Pog
Very poggers :P
First view!
Nice!
