Limited USB outlets are not much of a con if you do a little research and are prepared. You need to bring a couple of electrical adapters anyway. Many electrical adapters are available that allow you to plug in two or three items: CPAP, portable fan, etc., as well as a couple of USB devices, chargers, etc.
They’re very inexpensive on Amazon (get two!). I also highly recommend taking an 8-10 foot extension cord. You’ll thank me for this!

Thanks for posting! I also watched the Emerald review. We are right now trying to decide between Emerald and Avalon for a Grand European + Prague. Emerald is a bit cheaper. Which did you enjoy the most?
