This might be one of the most requested videos on my channel! I loved recording it earlier this month and hope you are a big nailpolish enthusiast like I am :)

Nice collection! I only have around 200 polishes right now. My favorites are Glam and Night Owl. I love the indie brands.
Indie brands are a little hard to get by here, still looking for some good online stores to get some :)

Great collection! I always like seeing nail polish collections.Mine is small compared to yours, I have 1 1/3 helmers full so far but I've only been actively collecting them since last fall. I like all different types of finishes and colors and buy a lot of indie brands along with mainstream brands as well. This was a fun video, thanks for the tour

My boyfriend calls my collection “The Monster.” My sister and I are in the process of swatching and cataloging (writing names and brands in a notebook-nothing fancy). I think I’m up to about 150; all bought by me except for the Zoya Fall 2018 collection that he gave me for my birthday. Nothing like this beautiful collection. ❤️
I have about 100 polishes. Most of my collection is Essence, I also have a lot of DP polishes, it is a Spanish brand (I live in Tenerife), I have some H&Ms and some Dance Legend(it's a Russian brand, I am originally from Russia). And some random polishes from other brands.

😍 *Almost drooling on my screen in envy of your drawer system. 😄 Amazing!! Super awesome collection too! I have mostly OPI, China Glaze, Sinful, and I love the Sally Hansen Extreme Wear line for pedicures because it stays on with no chips after weeks of wearing sandals. I've been eyeing the KB Shimmer duo-chrome and holographic lines but just can't bring myself to drop $15 on one bottle. (But hey, a girl can always dream, am I right?!) Lol ☺ Tfs!!*

What a beautiful collection! ❤️ I just gave nearly 60 bottles of polish away to a friend. She runs an art therapy center for youth. I still have SO many! When I discovered holographic colors my life as I knew it was basically over 😆 but now it's a sparkly life so yeah ❤️❤️❤️

love this! thanks for sharing. i got into nail polish and stamping during the pandemic and now have close to 400 bottles of polish!! quickly builds up! I also have old polish from high school that are still good (like 20 yrs ago). anyways, have you ever used up a bottle of polish?? I feel like i have never used up a bottle of polish in all these years!
I've used up a bunch during the years 🤭 especially black and white polishes, and ofcourse topcoat and basecoat bottles 😊

I'm in love with your collection! 😍 I've seen a ton of those absolutely beautiful collections that people in the US have, and I do admire and like them, but this collection of yours feels so familiar to me! I think it's because we Europeans tend to have many of the same brands available...😍❤❤ Absolutely beautiful collection and I will propably be old and grey before I'm even near of what you have! 😉😆 I don't think that I have even 50 polishes and I'm not buying like tons of them anyway... But I do hope to grow my collection gradually. 😊

Great question! It's all about how you store them :) I have got essence polishes that are older than 8 to 10 years and still work perfectly. I store them in a cool and dark room and always screw on the caps really tightly :3

I only use the bottles gel polishes on 1 hand, just for the sake of doing videos on gel polish designs too haha :)

How do you keep your nails so long? Also how do you protect them from breaking? I've heard you say you work with boxes & lift heavy things it amazes me you don't break them I'm so jealous of your gorgeous long nails.

Leuk om weer eens een collectie video van jou te zien, kan me de vorige nog goed herinneren.
Heb zo'n 150 nagellakpotjes en doe mijn best om het ongeveer bij dit getal te houden door niet teveel te kopen en soms weer iets weg te doen. Anders had ik er zeker al veel meer gehad, want HET IS ZO VERSLAVEND!
Moet me ook altijd inhouden als ik weer video's van jou voorbij zie komen met nieuwe collecties enz.
Lievelingsnagellakmerk was Essie en momenteel Essence en Catrice. Komt ook wel door jouw filmpjes haha!
Heb zelf de merken: Essence, Catrice, Essie, Hema, Kiko, L' Oréal, Rimmel London, Trend it up, OPI, ColorClub, Sally Hansen, Alessandro, Bourjois, F.U.N. en P2. Dus echt vanalles haha. Tot nu toe alles in de Helmer, maar komt uiteindelijk allemaal in een wand nagellakrek.

WOW!!! Amazing collection Femke 🤩! I always see essence makeup but never their nail polishes! I want to get few for their brushes LOL! I would love to see what your drugstores look like for makeup and nails 🤩 I remember when I was 13 and I purchased my first trio of china glaze from Ross without my parents knowing and painted my toe nails 😂😂😂 I have yet to try ANY OPI products because a lot of their formulas and top coats contain formaldehyde and I hate that strong smell. I am trying to grow my nails and they were getting there than I went to the river and broke them all 😂 so now some are long some are short - I didn’t want to cut the Long ones 😩😂 My favorite brand of nail polish right now are L.A COLORS & color club! I do not have a big nail polish collection I actually have more gel & dip than polish bc I only use polish on my toes! Thank you for sharing your amazing collection love!!💜💙
Some opi polishes definitely have a strong smell, but the recent ones are a lot better! ☺️
This was really great vid👍 my polish collection is small but i have to admit that i kinda disposed many last year before i fell for nailpolishes and nail art and discovered that i might have been able to save them for future use🤔 if i had to say number I'd say probably ~30 and like half of them are like bought in last 20y and other half in last 12months 🙊 thanks for showing your collection, so jealous of punch of them 😍😊.

ah damn I miss living in the Netherlands, here in Germany the highest sale you get on nail polishes is 30%. But we have some other cheap brands here that belong to the drug store-chains we have that make great products. If you ever happen to be here you might want to have a look :p
I just started my addiction this year so I just hit the 100 mark I think (I bought a bunch super cheap 2nd hand)
I actually once gave up on essence once but you brought back my faith and the new polishes they have now are really great, definitely one of my favourite brands now! Maybe I had bad luck before though? BUT DO YOU HEAR THAT ESSENCE, SHE'S A TRUE INFLUENCER.

Leuke collectie video. Ik heb zo'n 500 lakjes van veel verschillende merken. Essence en Primark zijn wel favorieten. Primark heeft vaak hele mooie limited lakjes. De pixydust lakken van Zoya vind ik ook heel mooi, vervelen ondanks texture niet😊

I keep them in a perfect condition, so they don't expire as fast as they would if kept in daylight, warmer environments etc :)
How do you keep up with colors you own or not when you buy new polishes? And how do you choose them when you can't see the colors at first glance in your drawers? I have mine put in layers on a rack. But I'm able to do that because I don't have as much as you do. You would need all the walls of a whole house, lol.
Haha well I tend to have a great memory when it comes to polishes, their names and where I store them ^^ I should make an excel list or something, but so far I know where everything is :)
I also got some ELF, but only a few I got from their website years ago ^^
@@femketjeNL Amazing, I would totally lose track of things. In case you are starting to lose track though, on Aliexpress they sell those round sticker things where you paint it and stick it on top of the caps.
Hi great video! My favorite brand has always been Essie. It isn't that affordable but I really like the colours and brushes. I do believe it's cheaper in the Netherlands than it is in Belgium. I have a lot of essence and Catrice and just a few OPI and China glaze. Kruidvat is my favourite store to buy nail polishes.

Wow! What an amazing collection.😍I had been waiting for this video since a long time.I maybe having nearly 20-25 polishes at the moment. I know it's very less. I used to have more earlier when I was 14 but few polishes dried up.😞I want to collect more and more polishes but my mom wants me to finish all the polishes I have now and buy new later.😭I am getting bored of using the same polishes again and again, I want to try new but I can't. And I wanted to ask one thing, doesn't your polishes dry?Love your collection very much.💖Hope I too will have that big collection soon.☺
I always tighten the caps really well after I used a colour, that way they don't dry out :) Also storing them in a cool and dark place works wonders. I even have nailpolishes that are older than 10 years and they're still as new!
Wow! That's a nice idea.😇But the place where I live is very heat. That's ok, I will sort out of a good plan for it. One of my relative keeps her nail polishes in the refrigerator, is it safe?
@@prateeksha_karanth31 buy a nail polish thinner, nail polish solvents evaporate and that's why they dry up in the bottle, and the nail polish thinner is just a combination of these solvents, you add a few drops to thick/dried polish and roll it in your hands and it will become more liquid.

My favorite hand paint are finger paints that is my favorite brand I have all kinds and I also have a lot of LA Colors they are my favorite and I have two totes full of fingernail polishes and right now I have top coat I'm experimenting with Salon perfect it's Plumping gel and it is awesome I love it

I prefer creamy ones :) Don't really have a fave brand or just one fave colour, but I really love neons and dusty pink tones
For some reason I got very excited with the Hema drawer :)) they're my fav cream polishes. For 'special effects' ones i love Emily de Molly at the moment.
As for the collection,i used to have 104 polishes. Now it's more after the giveaway,which i didn't get to sort yet :)

I think I really started collecting (as in more than just a few polishes a year) when I was 19/20 or so, so only about 10 years :)
1 question....How do v prevent our nailpolish getting expired????
Storage is key when it comes to keeping nail polishes in good condition :) Ofcourse make sure to always screw on the cap tightly before storing it away, but nail polishes are kept best in a cool and dark room. That's also why I store them in the Ikea Helmer cabinets so no daylight reaches them.
These nailpaints got dry with time??
Not when stored correctly 😊 I've got polishes older than 10 years and are still in perfect state ✨
