mine works great. 2 batteries means non-stop work if needed. Had it 3-4 weeks. No complaints. Cut wood for solo stove bonfire pit. 12-14 inches long, 3-4 inches thick. Split a couple a few times for kindling. Flame on.
It jams all the time. Even an inch around branch, it can't handle. What a piece of junk. I wish it did work, I had big plans for it on some woody plants and some weed trees that are just branch size. I am so disappointed in it. I kept it oiled, I learned how to adjust the chain to proper tension, it just stops with a blade a grass getting into the handle area. Whoever designed this was the worst engineer in the world.
Maybe this is why we are swamped with ads for the things at very cheap price! I was tempted, but perhaps better to go for more well-known brands which are more powerful.
Sounds like you got a dud. I bought one..Saker...it works fine. Cuts through guava tree branches, which is dense wood. But, I can't find the battery charger. Did it actually come with a charger? I totally forget, as bought mine a while ago.

Great video, Sheri! Informative, great visuals, good shoot.
How much are they paying you to endorse the product .
Looks like it works but looks tiny
One-hand operation. It's for trimming, not forestry.

@@jilly8002 Mine had charger.
The time it would take to waste my time doing this, i could just snap the branches with my hands.. 😂
