love this man's songs I grew up with Conway Twitty my dad really enjoyed his music they are both are gone but still remains in my heart thanks for the love and the music❤❤
This one is on my list of the Top 30 male country re- cordings of all- time. The band is mesmerizing, and I like how you spliced in a repeat of the great guitar work.
don't get no better than this, perfection. conway left us way to soon, he is truly missed. but we have fans like Mr-Midnightryder-3. so vote em up, folks... COA ...
I seen him twice got his autograph the first time. The second time he had Vince Gill and country music legend the late great George Jones with him that was a great concert
Was Always A Real Gentleman At Every Concert I Attended ❤️👍. Which Were Many Many. Special Home Town Pictures Of Jet At Our Small Airport He An I❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Starting in 1968!!!!!!!
I didn't realize he had so many records! He's been my favorite forever but missed some of his music, I've been watching his video from when he first started singing Rock in Roll on Dick Clark Show & Conway was singing Its Only Make Believe ~ he would still be a star if he had lived,
This song takes me back through the years and oh how sad to think those years can never be brought back this music came from a time when country music along with america was great

I went to a lot of his concerts he was awesome I'm going to a concert this weekend Kenny Chesney having his concert in Knoxville Tennessee I'm looking forward
Pure Gold! God's angels themselves were listening in as this immortal recording was being made. This is the only version of a song that Wayne Kemp recorded that I like better than Kemp's. It's not that Conway sang it better than Kemp; I rate both of their performances equally. But I like the orchestration of Conway's version better, and especially how this video has the beautiful, but too brief, guitar bridge repeated. (About 4 years ago there was a video on you tube of two young female fans of Conway who had tracked down the motel where he last slept before he passed, and rented the room for one night for the memory of paying tribute to Conway in this manner. During the interview, they came off as very level-headed, intelligent, and sincere. It wasn't a silly "groupie nut job" type of thing. But I have been unable to find the video since then. I wish I had downloaded it now, as it is probably gone forever. If any of you other Conway fans have a copy, please let us know, and try to put it up on you tube if possible. It shows the women sitting on the edge of Conway's bed as they spoke of how much they admired him, the many times they saw his show, got his autograph, and general remi- niscensces, as opposed to the RIP type of tribute, which I know is well intended, but not doing anyone any good, i.e. having poor Conway, or ANYBODY, existing in an eternal comatose state. I prefer to think that Conway Twitty is very, very alive and active in Heaven, entertaining the Divine Creator, and the rest of His creation that reside in His presence.)
Milton, I am at a loss for words! Your admiration for this song, and how well it is performed by Conway Twitty, along with the beloved guitar bridge you always speak of, could almost awaken Conway! left another comment in reply to your other comment on this page.
LOL, as of my last lab work..in October at Ft Mcpherson VA clinic, "ALL" of me (and there is plenty of me, LOL) is still functioning! Have aspirin and vitamins I take daily, and see my chiropractor every Friday. Does Vodka bother your liver? LOL
