Hey Breanna! I wanted to ask if you're lactose intolerant, how did you drink that yoghurt? Do you take some kind of medicine before eating dairy products? I'm asking because I am struggling with lactose intolerance at the moment (just started developing lactose intolerance symptoms a few months ago) and am trying to motivate myself instead of feeling sad about not getting to eat as many things anymore. i take lactase pills! it’s a super easy fix because you can buy these pills at most grocery stores/drug stores(: lactose intolerance is caused by the lack of this enzyme (lactase breaks down lactose, the sugar in dairy) so, taking 1-2 of these pills 20-30 min before eating can help you digest (:
