    I'm curious, what advantage does this have over transforming to DaVinci wide gamut/intermediate?

      It’s a matter of look preference. Wide gamut would work too.

    My camera don't have log, only simple flat profile and 8bit. How to convert it into something standart like Rec.709?

      In that case the footage is probably rec.709 straight out of camera
