Hi guys. Only discovered your channel a fortnight or so ago. I've been doing Keto for over a year and lost 28 kg...put some on over Xmas but trying to get back on track. I actually found a new product today at woolies thanks to one of your vids. Really like your content. I lived in the Mudgee region (right near where you were staying) from 2007 till around 2012 and sold my house there in 2018. Love Mudgee! I also used to live in Newcastle - Mayfield.
