i love seeing how you capture each kids personalities in their room makeover. i’m excited for aubrey & landon’s rooms the most. aubrey’s obviously because she wants a christmas/Halloween theme. and i’m excited for landon’s because i remember in your mom’s vlog his room was taking long than expected.

Next year you should do Christmas themed trees. Like Santa, gingerbread, peppermint, snowman, elf, Christmas tree, angel. That's what my mom does and we love it.

You're love for your siblings is infectious, and the way you're able to bring their personalities to life in how you decorate for them is awesome. You really can see how excited and grateful they all are. Having a personal space that reflects your likes really makes you feel like you belong, as a teenager (especially) is so important. They're so lucky to have you as their big sister. Xx

Kylie, I love the little personal touches you put into each tree. It's special on it's own that you do this for them each year, but adding those touches is like an extra hug on top of the love.

wow amazing... what a beautiful room
Kylie, I relate to your Christmas decorating vibe so hard. I took a 2 hour class to learn to "professionally" decorate a tree just for fun, and I have never looked back. I think on my main tree, this year, I probably had about 50 picks and stems alone, then add in all the ribbons and baubles and there are very few empty spaces. I did have to force myself to do super minimal on my slim trees because I've got young kids coming that love to pull stuff off and potentially topple the tree, but my main tree is my baby so it's all good! Love this for Jacob, just his vibe.

A good idea for a masculine tree is like some mahogany color leather ribbon, some kinda like belt buckle “feel” ornaments, and tuck in some manly scented tree scent sticks.

Kylie: I am so amazed by the Christmas Bedrooms for your siblings! The Trees are so very Elegant and they could be displayed in those homes that you can go shopping in and also get inspiration to out in Mesa, Arizona! I’m so sorry I really don’t know the exact names of those houses but I’ve been to one or two but it’s been eons ago with my mom!

Love the room! I guess it saves on a lot of decorations if you only do the front of the tree not the back. We’ll have to consider that when I do my next tree.
