Makes you wonder how he got that nickname: Robot. That ride down in the beginning is insane, coming down that in the mud. He makes it look easy but don't be fooled, that must have been terrifying. Congrats on a well-earned win.
Hopefully in future he will commit himself totally to the world championship. It would be great to see him battle there and it would definitely elevate his game
@@michaeldeancoetzee3481 for sure. As I was watching attempt I was waiting for his feet to stay connected to the pegs for the duration of it. Not always possible depending on necessity of dabs or balance. I wonder how much traction difference there is from seated to the rear vs feet on the pegs and ass 1 inch off the seat to the same position. The only difference is the full body weight being transferred to the pegs versus distributed across a seated position. Someone contact Sport Science. lol
@@mofekka I can tell you this. Only 11 riders even got to this point. A 1 lap 30 mile course. The best 25 pros and another 150 amateurs in the country gave it a try. And only 11 finished!!! Watched it in person, and what these guys did was the most amazing motorcycle achievement I've ever personally witnessed. Just awesome. The BMC and the Bentonite Brawl us the real deal. Stuff that I thought was impossible for a 300 just became possible because of the pros.

That’s the new bikes now days very mellow actually too mellow , that’s why I don’t change my old and good yz25x for nothing , you can keep paying 12k on a bad suspension because you are too lazy to kick start and too weak to pull a cable clutch , where is you skirt?
Only 11 guys managed to finish that climb. Has nothing to do with the bikes. It was just that Hard. The new Non Carbed bikes have no problems doing even more extreme events like Erzberg and Romaniacs so it has nothing to do with the bikes

Eh I think it's mostly because they're not carbed anymore the gas just doesn't get dispersed the same
