Great instructions. If you are using a duplex printer (2-sided), be sure to turn off the printer setting in the print dialog box. Otherwise you will get one printed envelope, followed by a blank envelope. 🙃😊

Is there a way to save the mail merge so you can go back and remove, add, or edit recipients at a later time? I saved all my envelopes as a word file but when I go back to edit, all I am able to do is add an additional envelope but it won't let me remove an envelope. I can delete the name and address field in the text box but I am unable to delete the blank envelope.

My list has a lot of zip codes starting with 0 that over formatted correctly in Excel, but which don't seem to be transferring over to Word correctly. How can I fix that?

highlight the entire column, then click on home, then numbers, and in the drop down list under numbers go all the way down and select text

I'm having an issue that I wonder if anyone has seen before. Sometimes the top half of the first line of the address doesn't print on the envelope during a mail merge. IF anyone has seen this and can help me, I would really appreciate your comments. Thanks.
