Jilly I love this video here is a little tip to help with the preparation for the meat. Just blend all the bush seasonings (especially, onion etc) make green seasoning. This saves time and save on the seasoning too. Add your powdered seasoning and your green seasoning and in no time your meat is seasoned. #BeansNation
I usually make that green seasoning but the flavors are so different and I wanted the pork to have a particular taste. It’s definitely way way easier using your method though for seasoning. Especially knowing you’re able to store it for a few days

@@Jillybeans4u it went good, went to a friend's property in Clover Virginia, it's over 170 acres with two big fishing ponds, a lot of other people was camping out there too, big cookouts, we brought a RV and a pickup truck pulling a trailer with some horses, big bon fire and stuff in the night time, we tried the tent for the first time, it was real nice until about after 3 am we woke up and it was freezing cold, our tent was soaked from night dew, so we took the kids and one of the air bed in the RV where we had heat.
