Thanks JD! Mittelschrift is actually the font Mountain West Highways uses, the blue text is all him and the style of text he uses to make it look authentic and a true collaboration.
Great video Kyle! Never travelled thru that lonely part of Nevada yet. Thanks for taking us along for the ride! 110℅ as always! It almost reminds me of driving thru the Nebraska Sandhills! Sparsely populated! Kenny Rogers. How appropriate for a gambling state! Great as always! Mark in Iowa.
You made one error. The Great Basin Desert goes all the way to Twin Falls, Idaho, and The Great Basin extends up to Bellevue, Idaho. Even though the topography dramatically changes in Idaho, Southern Idaho is certainly still Great Basin.
Cody Elliott The great basin is a drainage basin to where all the water drains internally and has no outlet to the ocean. The water from that point on goes into the snake River which runs into the Columbia River which runs into the Pacific ocean.
InterstateKyle and that is one of so many explanations for The Great Basin boundaries haha. You gave a hydrological definition I believe. Scientists always disagree about the boundaries, but I have lived in Twin Falls my whole life, and most residents, scientists and professors here call it the rim of the Great Basin Desert. I read a whole book on the Great Basin Desert. "Cities, Sagebrush and Solitude" Fun fact in that book, Clark County sued the State of Nevada for taking excessive tax dollars from the county to pay for the State's infrastructure needs.
Good God I hate then when I'm just out driving. At work it's easy to stop the car find out whats going on then carry on.. But when not at work slow drivers and weavers annoy the bejebus out of me.
Personally, I Would Have Backed Off And Took It Easy, Knowing I Am Coming Into Town And You Gotta Slow Down Anyway Because Speed Limit Is 35 MPH. But That's Just Me.
Jackpot lol. I expect nothing less of Nevada! Very enjoyable song :)
Nevada has the best town names ever!! Pioche, Tonopah, Winnemucca, Elko, Battle Mountain, Ely, Pahrump, Eureka, Jackpot, Lovelock, to name a few. :)
American Roads Oh And By The Way Folks, There IS No San Jacinto. The Only One I Know Of Is In California North Of Hemet In Riverside County.
"You got to know when to hold em' know when to fold em"
Nice video!
"Know when to walk away, Know when to run"
So glad I was able to be part of this!
Thanks for you help man!
Nice video! Mittelschrift looks good for your annotations too, barring the slight hinting, haha. That's some lonely country!

Lol that's what I figured (as you had both styles). Still looks sharp

Great song choice!
Great dash cam! What kind is it, if you don't mind saying?
Cool video
I should be there next month.
Man that Silver Honda in front of you at the beginning is having a hard time maintaining their lane. UGH
Not to mention going way below the speed limit.
Good God I hate then when I'm just out driving. At work it's easy to stop the car find out whats going on then carry on.. But when not at work slow drivers and weavers annoy the bejebus out of me.
This lamb thought it was a current generation Toyota Corolla but the thought is the same.
Samuel Bartz lamb's have bad eyes. So this lamb took this as noted. 😉

I live in jackpot
Not so much of a speed trap here. Jackpot's speed limit is 35;
Ely and Beatty have 25 mph limits.
Hey Idaho Department of Transportation. Could you spare a couple bucks for a paintbrush and a couple cans of paint?
It's Idaho Transportation Department, get it right :p
Smart move by them too, it left the obvious "IDiOT" nickname for Illinois :D
+InterstateKyle Whatever. :-P
+InterstateJD Illinois goes by IDOT or "eye dot".
