👁 can’t believe I’ve never heard this before today!!! 👁 💗💗💗 it!
Nobody sounds like Jack White. What a brilliant and delightful merging of musical genre: country, folk, blues, rock and electronic elements. The intro is so country and mellow, the bridge leading the ear to another dimension, and then closes in another dimension. What a hybrid this song is, or is it a PARALLEL?
it's a cover of Dean Fertita's song. But yeah ... nice version
I'm54 over the years music has saved my life.I had lost that passion until I found Jack whites music! Thanks for giving me back that passion.
Janet Bentley ...Well said!!!

Agreed. I was in a musical desert for a while til I stumbled upon jack! I never really kept on top of what was popular at the time, just listened to whatever I wanted to! He's brought a whole new world to me musically :-)
You two (Lille Mae & Jack) are magic…keep playing together -- wow!
Damn you, Jack! Why everything done by you is always so perfect?!
looks like it is !
Jack White is CLASS
and a CLASS above
I think anything done by Jack is great! Rock on. !
I really like this song. I think musically Jack can do whatever he wants and the results are always worth listening to.
Jack White does Country!
And it doesn’t suck!
Amazing because I don’t even like Country music but I like this.
🎸👏🏻😎
Jesus. Every song is different! Not a one has dissappointed. You go Jack!
Damn good!
damn straight!! How you doing Matt? Oh this is so good... Musicians (to me), real musicians play instruments, and it just doesn't get better than Jack White! ...Can I get an AMEN?! ))
It honestly doesn't get better than Jack White! Good to see you! I love this song!
***** Lille Mae's voice is a very pleasant addition to Jack's perfect voice(IMO), lol!! What's badass too, this song is Dean Fertita's song! You know from Queens Of The Stone Age & The Dead Weather, so there is such a deep Detroit bond and loyalty that I respect that these guys have. We'll look at The Greenhornes, they are the drummer and bassist for The Raconteur's also, just fyi and they need to get back together now that they're in Nashville~ THIS SONG EXCITES THE HELL OUTTA ME, I GOTTA BUY IT NOW!! Ttyl Matt, stay awesome brother!! Peace & Love sent your way for Thanksgiving also! See ya Pilgrim~Summer))
Yeah i love the many abilities of Dean Fertita! Jack White's voice has always been golden of course. I cant wait until the new Dead Weather album drops! Speaking of the Dead Weather; tell me you love The Kills!
I think he's wonderfully unique....anything he does is great!
You never fail to impress me Jack
Thanks Sandra Lynn for bringing me here
Amazing song, spectacular Jack
Lovely group whites ❤️
The violin really makes this song.
can't stop listening to this.
It sounds like Appalachian Mountain blue-grass with intro overtone of the TV sit com "Scrubs" . . . good piano work
Kriminy...
This is the first song I've ever listened to that made me feel like the artist wrote it just for me so I could loop it through my brain so I could then play it back just for him.
so beautiful
It's a nice addition to the album of the year.
Beautiful.
Love this b- side. It's good to have Dean back on tour with Jack, btw..
Beautiful - the real deal!
Great Music, nuff said.
Jack and Dean Fertita should get together more often.
GREAT NEWS FOR YOU!! They will be touring together 2015 with The Dead Weather, Dean is lead guitar. Peace))
That's nice to hear, i'm not a big fan of Jack's solo stuff but when he gets together with Dean they make some real good music.
Lol but Jack white's solo has Dean fertita in it cause Dean plays keys in jack's solo band
Love
This is amazing
Beautiful💕
I think Jack should make more songs like Lazaretto and Sixteen Saltines. Not saying that those country/folk ones are bad. But he could get lil' more heavier and "guitarish" and drop those pianos/violins for a bit.
Yeah man, me too.. I do think that he's incredible doing blues and country and sincer and deep songs... But when he's out there shouting...... I mean, Goddamn it! He fuckin' kills it! Such an energy! I just feel that there's so much more on where those songs came from (like high ball stepper too, that song is the devil)... That's the way I'd like to remember him 50 years from now: Killin' it and makin' the fucking guitar TALK!!!!
João Pedro Funnily enough, 50 years from now, you're probably gonna be thinking, "I loved it when he went crazy but, goddamn, he really brought out the coolness out of country."
I mean, who else is doing country that sounds remotely like anything Jack White is doing? I do wish he'd go over the top sometimes, too, but it's actually songs like "I Guess I Should Go To Sleep" and "Temporary Ground" where you can hear all the amazing and twisted ideas he puts into his songs. I mean, dude... "On and On and On" is a trippy fuckin' track.
Exactly! I agree.
Yes, because we don't already have plently of those songs across his three bands and two solo records.
"you're probably gonna be thinking" and without even knowing me hahahahahahahaha
Please play this with The Raconteurs on your future 2019 tour!!! please please please
Wow!
finally!
this is awesome
I like that!
Sounds like "Let it bleed" album. Thats good.
wowza!
Did anyone see the ghost on the far left corner near the end of the song, it scared the shit out of me.
I don't see anything?
its at the very end of the video where the shadow kind of juts out if you look close it looks like the ghost of jack white in a black and white striped suit
2:08 is how Jack's music should sound like
♥
Love how Jack White doesn't fit in any one box.
the man who knew too much
Glu glu glu
:)
Jack, I like chocholate martini's.
It actually sounded like Layne Stayley...and what Alice in Chains tried to do before his dimise,....still good, a little commerical for White,,,,litle whiney as well, unless that his perception these days?
Chris Melanson u mean the harmony part sounds like Layne? I guess maybe a little but not really. Totally different voices imo. Layne was a freak of nature he was so good.
hmmm country.........
Soggy Fat Bottom Boys singing backup?
