The last thing he said was perhaps the most important -- American military leaders are not demoted or removed anymore. George C. Marshall aggressively replaced commanders during WWII to find the most competent people and get them in. But if you look at things like Iraq or Afghanistan the generals are grossly incompetent, just fail constantly, and yet are never pushed out. Then they leave and go join some cushy defense contractor job, usually for the company they touted while in uniform (see Joseph Dunford for an example). This is a major, major sign of decay for the nation, IMO. It shows the military leadership just isn't earnest anymore, everyone is out for themselves and, most cynically, there might not even be any intention of winning anything; it's just expenditures and budget justification.

If you look at America as a brand, it is without a doubt, the most valuable brand in the world, possibly ever to exist.
We are a beacon of hope for freedom. We embrace the underdog mentality, we don’t replicate we innovate.
The Germans feared, fighting us in World War II, simply because, they never knew what we were going to do, our soldiers were constantly barking orders, and improvising.
Just because we don’t live up to these high high standards, sometimes doesn’t mean it’s time to throw the baby out.
Without the United States, leading the world, free-speech would be nonexistent. Anyway, we need to do this simply, so that peace and freedom of people have something to strive for.

As a Canadian, this entire event, compounding on the conformist and coerced Covid narrative that we were forced to accept, has shown me how simplistic and dangerous our media enterprise is. We are repeatedly told such asinine and blatantly over-simplified tropes that we are expected to just repeat uncritically, like a zealous, true believer. If we don’t wholesale accept the trademark narrative being forced down our throats then we’re made to seem “unintelligent” or “conspiratorial” when, in fact, the approved narrative is the epitome of those very things. I think there's always been a veil of disinformation presenter to us via the mainstream media, but it was done much more subtle & the media was viewed far more credible.
American 24/7 news channels changed that. Not that much happens in a single day, but that doesn't work well for a 24/7 news channel that wants to keep viewers watching for as long as possible...so what do they do? They sensationalize, they pump out the fear, and they bring on their 'experts' so the viewers feel like they know what's up the next time they have a conversation about something...
Then that 24/7 news idea became dominant. Actual journalists that investigated issues & reported from event ground zero were gradually replaced with quite pretty to look at 'talking heads' reading a teleprompter.
And what do they read on that teleprompter if they don't have journalists in the field reporting from something directly? They rely on government press releases for what they should report, and that's the beginning of that endless rabbit hole!
The MSM has become completely irrelevant, and it's their own fault. It's shocking that not one person at Global, CBC, CTV, etc has recognized how wrong and evil it is for them to go along with the current Liberal plans & speak up...
The media dictate what the average person talks about, what they think about, how they feel about certain issues, and the general fervor of the public as a whole...THEY should have been speaking up & pissing people off about COVID, C-18, C-31, etc
I'm not getting political, but I don't see any other way for us to regain some sanity without PP at the helm come election time

You can't just look the value of the currency to determine the strength of the economy. Inflation in Russia is through the fucking roof and most prices in grocery stores have gone up by 50-150%. This is also very well documented and there are hundreds of videos from Russians that show this. 3rd. Their Military is NOT stronger now and this is a totally insane statement to make. We live in 2023 and everyone has a smartphone so whenever Russia or Ukraine transports ANYTHING to the frontline it's being filmed by civilians. You can clearly see a gradual deterioration of equipment being transported to the front line by Russia. 1) Truly rational actors accept when things are not going as expected, and then adjust to the new reality. Here it does seem that Putin’s refusal to negotiate even a ceasefire, let alone a withdrawal based on a Ukrainian agreement not to join NATO, reflects his inability to see the long-term implications of a continued fight.
      2) Just as we might be loath to say suicide bombers are rational when they undertake horrific acts that they believe will secure them a place in heaven, so Putin’s action could be seen as irrational if he is doing all this for his “place in history,” perhaps to be seen as the individual remembered for recreating the glory of the historical Russian empire. He has talked for three decades about the tragedy of the fall of the Soviet Union. He knows that Russia’s own history is connected to the medieval empire of Kyiven Rus’. This empire, with its capital in Kyiv, reached its height under a ruler named Vladimir the Great in the late 10th century. (Tellingly, Putin in 2016 erected a statue of this earlier Vladimir near the Kremlin to match the one already existing in Kyiv.) Regarding talent: During my time studying in Russia from 2004 to 2009, I had a highly intelligent professor, whom I'll refer to as M. M had an impressive scientific research background and had been taken by the Americans in the early 90s. However, Putin ensured his return to the country. It was intriguing to witness the presence of KGB cars around the school when I would leave late after studying in the library. M and several other professors were actively working on finding solutions to various problems.
Regarding drinking habits: When I first arrived in Russia, the prevalence of drunk individuals was quite striking. Bums and intoxicated individuals seemed to be present on every street corner. However, I believe that Putin's emphasis on a healthy lifestyle and religion has contributed to positive changes in Russia. Although I initially disagreed with his decision to close down the casinos in Moscow, as I have grown older, I now understand the reasoning behind it.
Regarding the population: Putin is making considerable efforts in this regard. The Russian male population is not procreating enough, and it appears that he may need to consider allowing foreigners who respect the country's history and values to come and assist with this issue

I think Putin knew about this and started a welfare funding for new mothers.. so parents don't have to worry about money for their kids for a while..
he also tried to push fitness among men, so they leave alcohol..

Literally everyone i know have a LOT of disdain of progressive leftist virtue signaling. The chance of moving to a more traditional society where they also can find a woman that isn't infected by western "feminist" mind virus B.S. I think the amount of westerners that chose to move to Russia & Eastern Europe in general will increase A LOT in the future unless things change and most government admins do an 180 where they focus on traditional family values, christian values.

They are like Italians where family is important & it's not uncommon for the young adults to not part ways once 18 hits. Honestly they remind me of us, they are great people who love their country. The other thing that the average people may not consider is: Russia sold their energy products to Germany and other European countries at cheap prices, unlike what is currently happening whereby the US is selling Germany the same energy at much higher prices, in some cases up to 5 times the Russian cost. It is clear to me that the EU don't know who their true friends really are; and it certainly is not the US.

Politics and history always had unexpected turns.I am so happy that someone in US elite is there seeing the geopolitics with some realistic attitude after a long time and it makes me super proud that his parents are coming from our own state, Kerala.Vivek's entry as an indian american and his rise and his wisdom over each and every topics was an unexpected one.Infact his understanding and level of knowledge in china and it's expansionism is second to none and can only be compared that of Senator Marco Rubio. If Ramaswamy becomes POTUS now or next time, India can act as a mediator bw US and Russia and can even bring them together as allies against chinese expansionism. No other elite from US knew better than Swamy that Russia was an old threat which now also continued to be perceived as a threat by western elites and lobbies for no real reason but just to cater the needs of their military industry complex. The real existential threat of US is china and US today doesnt even have the capacity to face china alone. Then their elite must think like Ramaswamy why face Russia and china at two fronts. Like how pakistan mediated bw US and china when cold war was at its height using the sino soviet split and brought them together as friends; in the same way India can bring together US & Russia. Note that Russia doesnt see china as a total ally.k Infact Russia doesnt want to be as a puppet state behind china and had its own border concerns with china in its far east which was infact the actual reason for sino soviet split and skirmishes back in 1961. The only reason why Russia is moving towards china is just becoz of NATO expansions towards the east despite many promises given to Russia. So if US can respect the old soviet warsaw nations or atleast soviet member states as Russian sphere of influence and withdraw missiles and radars from there and disband NATO, then Russia will inturn respect american sphere of influence and will even turn as an ally bcoz as i said before Russia has its own concerns with china's rise. Given that India is a closer ally for both, India can bring both Russia and US together. And it's no one else other than an Indian American who can understand the Indian perspective like Ramaswamy is the best eligible candidate to lead USA in that direction. Vivek Ramaswamy

What Europe and America are paying for are the ridiculous sanctions and price tag of funding Ukraine. There is literally nothing in the US that comes exclusively from Russia or Europe that is of any intrinsic importance or value to our economy, fact. Most all of the consumer goods come from China and SE Asia. They saw this as an opportunity to raise all of the prices on everything to bankrupt the west and grab an even bigger share of global market. Manufacturing in Europe is stagnant to nonexistent. Manufacturing in the US is lacking and being held back by ridiculous democrat policies.

If USA wanted to stay neutral it could. It wouldn’t change the outbreak of war. All of Europe is giving military assistance to Ukraine. U.K. provided NLAW anti tank missiles before USA. U.K. also trained 20,000 Ukrainian
Troops since 2014. The war was going to happen. Putin thought USA weak so took his chance. Finland is now in NATO. That’s far more dangerous to Russia. Finland has kicked Russian arse 3 times
