Not on every track. No one mentions how he sounds on a Gibson T Bird. Always the Red Gibson from Cream thru the Marshals or Blackie the Strat. Anyways I still think he should have stayed with the Marshall amps more.
I love this👍problem is I also wanted the video and received it but it was nothing like the one I'd seen on utube. The camera work was amateurish and didn't track the performers adequately so I thought I'd bought a fake 🙄either that or the great video I saw on utube was a fake but the camera work on that was amazing and followed the artists performance perfectly 👌so has anyone experienced that 🤔and I now hate the dvd I've bought 👎but still love the song which I've bought as an audio cd👍
As cool as this version is, check out the one he did with Otis Rush at Montreaux when EC was probably 20 years younger. That one's even more passionate than this excellent version.
Hell of a concert be even better of they had some video to it I am a santana fan and I love how he's putting out a lot of footage of concerts and show he did be nice if they would do that with a lot ot of older original groups
This is Eric Clapton at his best. I think Stevie Ray Vaughn is the greatest bluesman to ever pick up a guitar! He like Eric Clapton did everything to put it all together. Eric Clapton has been a legend for a good longtime. The keyboard compliments Clapton on the guitar perfectly
First time I heard this, I said, “I’ve been waiting forty years for him to play like this again.” Brings me back to the Layla days.
Best Double Trouble Version ever!
Roger, there are better ones in bootlegs here in RUclips from 1983 and 1985, check
G Q
Best ever.
Agreed..!!
Agreed!!
Just one night! Best 4 me.
No words to say how beautiful is that version... Can't stop listening 💖💖🎸🎸💖💖
Saw it live, and it absolutely blew me away !
Some of the best guitar work that I have heard
He's a perfectionist
To people who put the thumbs down 👎 ; you wrong ; Clapton is the best .
not sure who the thumbs down people where. Just the tone of Claptons guitar is enough for me
you always get some dumb nerds.
It's the Leslie cabinet that sends the guitar tone over the top in this instance.
Great show😊love you eric😊❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
The blues master at his peak
yup--Willie Weeks is the Master!
tickles my soul,, vibing the strings,,, way down low
He’s replicating his days with Mayall here…. Incredible work by all! Looking back, I didn’t fully appreciate this one when I first heard it.
OMG this song lived me so happy,I love the guitars!!!!
Best version ever
damn!!!!! makes my soul shake
Masterpiece.
Chills inducing tastiness !!!!!!!!
May god bless and keep you always good 😊 artist ( Clapton your are incredible )
THE SOLOS' in this jam are my most favorite.
Simply incredible
At around 4:40 on, even Otis Rush is smiling from the grave at the music this man is making.
If you don’t feel this music you have no soul
SPOT ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Amazing 💯
AWESOME..... (on steroids) - the best ever!
forget cream, this is to me what eric clapton should and always sound like!!!!he was made to play a strat!!!!

That (EC) Leslie tone is just sublime and adds so much.

fuckin awesome!
Wonderful
I was born in the wrong era lol
Não foi isso não. O autor jamais poderia esperia espera que se fizesse essa versão...
kept the singing parts true to the Otis rush original. still prefer the 'just one night' version
I got to see the actual video here which is twice as enjoyable, but some selfish dck head blocked and is no where to be found just the audio... 💔
The double "ouble's" was too much for one person
I'am swept I mean
They give the day but what year was it that they performed that particular concer?
Hell of a concert be even better of they had some video to it I am a santana fan and I love how he's putting out a lot of footage of concerts and show he did be nice if they would do that with a lot ot of older original groups
