Looking at it again the pools are accessible to all hotel guests. I believe it might have been a Covid issue when we visited that limited the numbers as I always have to try the pool but didnt at Colosseo! 😂
Yes they are! Faux pas by us! We visited in 2021 when Germany enforced a strict daily testing on guests and the Spa was a grey area no one was really comfortable talking about anywhere so there was a breakdown in communication. BUT I am glad to say the Spa and Pool are free for Hotel guests which is fantastic!!! 😊

The pools are included in the price , we started at Europa the summer 2022 in 3 on-site hotels and all pools and saunas where free with.
