I don't know if you do requests but I'm dealing with some trauma from sexual assault that happened many years ago. I've been having nightmares so severe they cause me to wet the bed. And I know it's such a crazy taboo topic. But honestly you and your voice are the only thing that makes me feel safe. Whenever I wake up and realize the multitude of sins that happen, I find myself distraught and begging for comfort. Though I have nobody yet. And yes. I'm well aware at the prime age of 19 fucking years old, I shouldn't be pissing the bed. But I've spoke to therapists and doctors, and they all say it's because of the trauma that's happened previously. And it's technically normal
. Again, you do NOT have to do this request one bit. As I completely understand how 'gross' or 'upsetting' that topic may be. But honestly, I don't think I would be the only one who would enjoy something along those lines. I know im definitely not the only one struggling with bedwetting at such an older age. And I'm sure others who have bed-wet such as I can relate to the horror and tears that come to mind once you wake up. For me its like a non endless suffer of shame and devastation. And it sometimes takes me to the following morning to calm myself down/ clean everything up.
For affirmations you can say things like
"It's not your fault."
"I'll help you clean."
"No reason to be embrassed."

I have nightmares due to my abandonment issues left by my father and I still get scared anytime anyone leaves me in my dreams I only came here because I thought I lost my everything to one of said dreams my friends,my mom,my brothers, my 2 unborn baby cousins,my aunts and uncles,my crush all of them in even in that stupid dream I blames myself
it’s nothing compared to what’s happened to you but I want you to know that it really wasn’t your fault and anytime something horrible happens to you it isn’t your fault and never will be ❤

Honestly, I hate when I have a dream involving the death of a loved one. I hate the fact that I never die in my nightmares, either someone I love dies or I just get seriously injured.
When I was a kid I had a dream where I was picked up from school by the wrong family but they kept insisting I was theirs. That was pretty unnerving.

the fact that i chose this x listener by random, and its freaky close. I've just woken now crying cause i dreamt my mum died and i missed her. in the dream, she had been dead for a little bit and i forgot, and when i remembered, i started crying in my dream aswell. the thing that woke me up was my alarm. still a little shaken by it.
update: so i decided to call her around 40min after waking up & told her what happened. she's okay, she's going to pick me up later and she and i are going to spend the day together.
