I'm not sure if this works for other people but I find it easier to get/stay in shape if your goal is an action rather than a look. For example, if lifting weights is your thing then a goal could be to bench 210 instead of just saying "have a bigger chest"
Honestly, Boxing is super fun and you learn sooooo much about literally your body it's crazy. Progress is also really quick at first, and then it's basically improving all the mistakes you have, but learning foundations and improving your movement as well as resistence. You guys should try it!
Some other fun fitness related activities you could try are muay thai/martial arts, frisbee golf or doing a challenge such as the US navy/military fitness tests! Also... I learned how to ride a bike at 18 and it's SO WORTH IT! You can do it Hana!

I enjoyed Spin and F45 but it was really expensive, so now I go to the gym. I do 10-20mins cardio (arc trainer/incline treadmill walk/mix of both) , then I do full body machines/weight training. 5-6 days a week. I should probably do a targeted muscle group schedule but I’m too lazy to plan it out 😂 I go to the gym because it’s fun and I miss it when I don’t go 🥲😭
I could swear David was a pt or some kind of fitness person I mean as a profession, what does he work with then!?( tell me is something to do with sports)
