The problem with Ares 90 is I believe it was Evade and the fact they cannot heal with weapons, and so if you take them against big bosses your better off having your party max skell 60 with all heals while you control the Ares 90 for farming but I think for killing powerful enemies customized weapons are better on a level 60 skell
Id rather buy a smell that is strong enough ti take off the strongest enemy in the game instead of buying an ares90 and kill every indigen in just one art
Fuck yeah, It took me like 2 days, 1 to get good weapons for a lv50 skell to get Nemesis spoils and 1 to get the materials from rewards, but i just got ares to Farm good ground gear, but hell you use aghasura cannon for 1200 fuel with a 28k fuel skell, you stop farming almost everytime to refuel it,
Avi Kumar Well, Monolith Soft itself was not a part of Squaresoft. Basically, Tetsuya Takahashi and many of the people who worked on Xenogears defected from them at some point, and created Monolith Soft once they did. Though, I guess that adds up to it being the same thing pretty much.
I think most of them are Enemy Exploit augments such as Theroid Slayer, those stack to no end. If you want to one-shot things, get a load of the corresponding Slayer XX augment and go to town.
I haven't got Ares90 yet because I still lack something like 2.5k-3k tickets...but did you make modifications to obtain such high numbers, and if so can you tell us which? I suppose you used some Doll devices, but did you always choose the same ones or did you change depending on the type of Overed?
InternHertz I enhance Ether Damage and the devices against specific races. Ether Damage you won't need to change but the races, you can if you want more damage.

You either break the game (Ares or OCG build) and take away any sort of challenge, or the bosses 1 hit KO you, or you put up with another 100 hours of grinding so it's halfway balanced. Nah, I'd rather go back to the Avalanche Abassy than this shit
+MiiSeeks It takes a while to get ares 90. Also the ares alone has no chance against the super bosses. You need a lot of expensive augments. And it takes a long time the get the required materials.

The 90 is a 200 megaton HYPERNUKE
we'll probably not that good but the 90 is much, much better.
