Each challenge raid has a speed running event attached to it for a few days. If you're rank 1-10 (first party) you get this mount for 7 days. If you're rank 10-100 you get a different one. If you're top ranked in pvp you get a red one

Hi your talking about res the healer but you can't.. the res scroll you show is only for Player**below* lvl 40. . We are lvl 40 so you can't use it.
Bad translation. Same thing happens on many things. They can be used on level 40.
