Ingredients and direction:
Take 2 cups Maida in a bowl
Add little bit of salt
Add 1 tbsp oil
1 lb ground chicken
1 medium sized finely chopped onion
Add ½ cup finely chopped spring onion
Add cilantro
Add finely chopped ginger
2 spoon momo masala
Add salt as per the taste
½ tsp black pepper powder
½ tbsp melted butter
For jhol achaar
¼ cup perilla seeds(silam)
¼ cup soybean seeds
1 tsp Sichuan pepper (timur)
Add 1 tbsp oil in a pan
Add Ginger sliced
4-5 dried chilies
Add 2 medium sized chopped tomato
Boil the 2 cups of water
And grind everything together!!
Enjoy the Soup with the Momo !!!
