Hey it simply means that the agent cannot ask someone else to do their work until and unless they get permission from the principal to do so.
For example : If I hire you in my firm, until and unless I give you permission, you are not authorised to make someone else fulfill your responsibilities on your behalf. Aisa ni hota ki ap kisi aur ko hire krke kaam usse krane lago. Aisa sirf principal ki permission k bad hi agent krskta hai.

Maam if an agent gets a tip from customer during his duty. So can he keep the tip money or not.
Yes yes he sure can! An agent is not supposed to make any profits unlawfully out of the principal's firm but a tip is just a gesture of gratitude/appreciation from the other person so he can keep the money.

If it is not available then let me know the name of the topics that you are confused with and I will see If I can find some good websites for you for those particular topics.
