Is normal to feel that way. Changing your work place to another will make u feel that. And in NHS, Many instruments and competencies need to be signed before. But for time, u will be okay
I'm in the NHS, just a few months experience and all that's said is true😂😂although for me, I got a really good ward..my matron and in charges, sisters are really supportive considering the fact that I was just fresh from school back home.😂 Lovely video as always❤️
Hi Schorlastica, Just trying to know how you were able to achieve the required score in your IELTS READING ( especially). Secondly, how did you study for your CBT (mostly the numeracy aspect). Many thanks.
When i did my CBT i used a study guide that really helped a lot. you can join my telegram group with the link in the about page so you can get access to it. As for my ielts reading. i have a strategy i used. its going to be too long for me to explain it here so watch this video below where i shared my ielts tips .ruclips.net/video/FzDQmgGDbY8/видео.html
Great job beautiful people! I'm in Nigeria hoping to relocate next year, I've always wanted to be a nurse anesthetist or a nurse practitioner, where will be good for me? NHS or nursing home?
I have completed my Diploma of Nursing from Nepal and I have recently finished my bachelor in nursing in UK. Do I still have to give my OET to become a registered nurse in UK?????
Unfortunately you still need to take the English test because NMC is more interested in your first nursing qualification which will your diploma and Nepal is not among the English speaking countries that is exempted from the English test.
That fear is normal. Even me sef that works in a nursing home, the fear of leaving and starting all over in a new home is still there but its not as bad as going to a different work setting entirely
i keep thinking even the interview process will be more difficult when it is face to face in front of a panel than when you have it online in the comfort of your bedroom. Gloria is very brave
I think moving to the NHS is easier because you have some sort of support but I heard that one might be the only nurse in a nursing home even as a first timer.

That’s me , my first subcut cannulation was learn 30mins before procedure via RUclips in NHS but My mentor was there to shadow me.
Hi I'm a registered Nurse here in Botswana and would like to relocate. Which is better NHS or care home pay
It depends on what you want, if you want career progression then NHS is better but if you just want the money then care home is better
I just need money, got a lot of debts to clear
We are here....
You are welcome!! you have the award of first to comment today ❤
I have a question. After 3 years experience with care home which is UK experience o and you decide to join NHS, will you start from band 5?
Yes
Yes
@@ilovebighearts that's not nice o.
To me the NHS gives room to make more money , learn and be more exposed than Care Homes
Nah care homes pay more . Trust me 😭
@@opriscillia8625 lols that’s just what most people think but the reality is that with NHS you’re are better chances to making more money
Make more money how?
