I have 2 of these fobs and I just changed the battery in 1 and it works well. The other is not even lighting up when a button is pressed and it is not unlocking the car... but sometimes if it is against the push to start button on the car, it will crank the car...

Hi, my father tried it and the screwdriver ripped and destroyed L7 component. Do you know the value of this inductance ? Suzuki asks for 300+ € to buy a new key and I think it would be better to repair it. The routes on PCB are ok, I just need to replace L7. Thanks in advance if you have the info or know where to find it.

Do you know of any way to start the car without the key fob? We have the spare backup key
Use a pry tool made of plastic not a screw driver. Thats how you get dents and scratches.

I own a Grand Vitara with a keyfob uses the same battery, but for some reason, it won't work whatever CR2032 battery I put in it!! Then when I swap in the old battery - voila it works ... I don't understand what it is

why did they have to make these things so hard to open? its almost impossible yo open these keys without damaging plastic body of the key. stupid design.
whoever designed this kind of remote should go to hell. fucking making our life hard just to replace battery.
