It looked exactly like yours, but it was smaller in size. It barely reacted to my touch, so I decided to take it home and care for it since there was obviously something wrong there. I put it in place like you did (I don't remember what it is called) and I placed some lettuce leaves for it to eat. It never moved a bit before I went to sleep. The next morning I woke up only to realise it had passed away. I felt very sad about it because I am a water turtle owner, even though that one was a tortoise. Anyways, I'm very glad you are caring for that little guy!

I’d recommend putting a slate in there so he can bask and eat on it and also put a mesh lid or chicken wire lid on top to stop any birds getting to him, maybe you could put do live plants in there. I have like 11 live plants in my tortoises indoor enclosure and honestly like 25 in his outdoor cage, I’m a plant addict lol. Good on you for giving him his own enclosure tho! Edit:spelling

I like to use the long rubbermaid container cause it gives them more walking space for exercise and the sides are higher to prevent climbing cause he can climb on top of cave and right over edge and fall off of balcony so please take it in consideration and feed him more like collards,mustards squash etc. cause lettuce has no nutritional value than giving him plain water just want you to have a healthy pet love your channel
