Very important cos we didn’t have any support from my dad’s side when he died. We didn’t need money oh, we just needed grace and compassion that’s all. But they were bent on frustrating mom cos they felt they could. I don’t know why most dad’s side are like that.

Ima as a lawyer the plot to fall for that scammer guy without him even putting effort was not close to making sense for me, I rushed to watch because of Ik and Ruth. The story seemed good but the 3 scammers that it was mainly focusing on the delivery was 😮 and I was skipping their scenes.

I agree. No background checks, nothing. I kept waiting for the garbage man to rescue her. I am halfway through and the foolishness continues. She isn't even married to the gold digger.
Yep! The storyline is very weak. I only committed to watching because I thought the garbage man would have a prominent role. I'm halfway through & nothing...I too will start skipping scenes🙁

Ruth is one of my favorites but to be honest this one wasn't quite my cup of tea,the story was good but am not sure l quite liked the execution,we only saw small snippets with the garbage man even though the film was named such,the tone of the film,didn't really like,not sure where it climaxed.....lk was okay in this one

I don't get it,Ruth being the CEO of her father's and her statics should have done a back ground check on this guy, she didn't do it, she didn't get a Prenup! Then put him charge of everything, no 30 days after marriage waiting period nothing 😮 Please don't be in hurry to rush into decisions just bcuz you are pressure from family or friends. 30 mins into the movie, the voice and scene didn't rhyme anymore ,
How can one propose on the first date and the lady went ahead to receive the ring ,

This storyline is almost identical to another where still Ruth starred ... In the other, Ruth married one of her father's favourite employees and regardless of his efforts to please her, she mistreated and belittled him...etc... Why similar storyline?
