I am trying to heal and move out of the depression and anguish 😭 have been heart broken, battling sadness and grief.. been ABANDONED by a man I was to marry and thought I had true love with. Devastating and hard to live. Gratitude and love gets me thru. This is a beautiful channel❤️✌️🌹 love this so much.
Yes, that is hard pain, but you came out much stronger, now observ be present it was ment to be to lose someone and to find your Self. Stay with it be completely attentive over everything in your life and your life will completely transform.

This is the longest period of 'time' in this 'life time' that I have experienced the Silence of my Being x I love you x
I'm new to his teachings and philosophy so had to hang on tight to his words and mentally define each word and how they relate to each other. And I did have to go to a meditation "story" to finally relax,but he holds many truths so will keep working on it. His great voice helps!
