U could try and bubble wrap the Big Pokemon and at the airport after check in and giving in your suitcases ask somebody where the oversized baggage place is and there they will inspect it and it will be on the plane and it won t be a problem atleast that's how I got my huge Pokemon back to my house!!! Hope this helped
to get the pikachu home you need a vacuum sealer or vacuum bag like one of those that works with a normal vacuum then it will easily fit in your luggage
