    I love your technique from the twist, crochet at the base, to the brick blocking finish. Will be using all on my next DIY installation. Great video.

    Abt to start my 2nd set. 1st set of locs were started using the crochet method. I also maintained my locs using the crochet method, which made my locs were very dense. Want them fluffier this time! Love this method…Thanks!🙏🏾🫶🏾

    I've never seen two strand twist interlocked before. I can tell this set will be fire 🔥 ! The parting ratios are on point. I wish my locs got started by someone who actually knew what they were doing.

    i want to start my dreads with two strand twist but i dont have this crochet needle for dreads do i need to have this or can i start my dreads without it

      You can start your loc without it
      it helps your hair to start locking at the base
      If you don’t have the pin it’s ok to start your locs like that

    Hi, so after the 4 to 6 weeks after the new growth .. are you supposed to loc that ? Or take the twist down & do it over again?

      @@stylebylamsie I know the question was weird, but i did this style on my boyfriend and it would only let me crochet the loc through two times and then a big knot would form, so i figured i was doing it wrong.

      @@niy.7850 it has to be six week after his last interlock to be able to pull it through two times
      If it doesn’t come through the second time then you have to pull it through only once
      but make sure you palm roll before pulling it through once so it looks good and tight abit 👍🏾

    When I grow out my hair in the summer and get two strand twist starter locks how long do I have to wait to get a re-twist and how long do I have to wait before I wash my hair or do I even let water touch it after I first get my hair done?

      1 month or 1 month and 2 week…
      You should not allow water touch it until it has locked with takes about 6 months… else your hair will shrink to its normal lenght
      Only allow you loctician wash your hair with water and then maintain it and possibly style it and put you in the dryer to dry, that way it will keep its blow dried length with is longer than it natural lenght
      Of course I’m assuming your hair is 4c or behaves like 4c cause if your hair is straight it’s a different situation
      Whichever way you have to go with the advice of your loctician
