I'm not too sure, but I hypothesise it's just a reskin of Plants VS Zombies intended to make you feel uncomfortable. Not really scary, just odd and erratic, aimless movements
Is a tiktok channel, in there a person upload videos about plants vs zombies mods, and one of them was plans vs lobotomy (I'm not sure if that it is the real name), and in some gameplays, this song sounded.
this was very hard to find: my journey started when someone in a tiktok comment section said that this can be found on bilibili, then i forested through it searching for like "plants vs zombies nightmare mod" and then i found THE EXACT same video like on tiktok BUT the gameplay was 2x slower and thank god bilibili has a thing that shows the music being used. i searched for it over all of youtube but couldnt find sooo i decided to just upload it

@@byprims432 i dont think so because the original song has been published before 2019 and the video of the mod (with the music) is only (almost) 2 years old BUT i may be wrong and cant confirm anything
