Phase 1 begins at post puberty and they do infact have a mental maturity of a teenager. Linear progression isn't actually how women "mature". This is best metaphorically represented as a caterpillar turning into a butterfly. Women always talk about becoming a new person... And this is legitimately a thing with women. Though tbh, women effectively are all alike as they go from one phase to the next. Men mature differently though. Men in fact do mature in a linear fashion.
*Phase 1* for women.) (ages 15-25) Women are in their "304 phase". This is when young women seek out "experience" of the world, so that they can add to their collective knowledge through inductive reasoning.
This is when women grow and learn about the world around them. They discover what environments are available to them, and what type of environment they would like to live in.

Phase 4: Menopause (45-). She's transitioning into becoming an elder.
But, during each phase, there's a mental shift of thoughts and priorities. Men develop linearly and travel what we might think of as a "normal" maturing process. But, women, they have blocks of time that are about a decade long where they don't actually "mature", as much as goes through specific phases.

These girls definitely are going to be living in la-la land till reality comes and smacks them on the head because they are not acting traditional they have a way a man should be and how much money he should make and that he shouldn't be bothered with her working in the industry but she can be bothered by anything he's doing or not doing like if he's not making a certain amount of money then she's not even going to give him a chance these girls really need a dose of reality and fast I have a 5 year old son and I am so afraid for his generation and for what he will go through so my husband and I are getting together and trying to teach him the correct way and how to treat a woman and how to scan a woman and decide if that woman is correct for him because if you don't feel as a man that you should bring that woman home to your parents then that's a huge red flag right there. Bottom line these women have extremely unrealistic expectations of what they want in a man but they can just sit back and be like take me or leave me I'm this way I do this put a man can't be like that with her that's what we call a double standard
These women are living in extreme La La Land and they won't wake up until reality comes and hits them on the head. They want so many certain things in a man and if that man does not fit her standards then he's out of the running but a man can't have those kind of standards for a woman that is what we call a double standard
