What parts of Georgia would you suggest for a family of 3 (our daughter is 10) that has a good school system, small town feel, looking for at least 10 acres (we have horses). We currently live in Florida and our area has grown so much we want to get away from that but still be close enough for us to make friends and participate in local festivals and such. Big plus if the area is hilly!! Sorry I know this is a tall order. We vacationed in Clarksville recently a visited a bunch of the water falls in the area it was absolutely beautiful but seemed like more in of a place to visit not really live
