Fascinating three part video series of Highgate Cemetery. Interesting to see the final resting places of famous people. As a fan of the TV comedy show "Only Fools and Horses" it was touching to see the grave of Rodger Lloyd Peck who played the unforgettable "Trigger".
Was there today. Wished I watched your you tube before I went today did manage to find some of them but thanks for the ones I missed. Good work enjoyed watching your 3 you tube episodes.
Hi Paul, I want to visit Highgate but wanted to know how you worked out where the graves were and where you parked your car to visit. Also did you find all the graves on the same day? Can you supply information to save me time visiting.
yes you can pick up a map from both East & West with notable graves marked on them but you still have to trace them from the map some are easy some are a bit harder to find spent about 7 hours there and we didnt have a car so not sure about parking there didn't look like much of a parking space out front
Why is it so over grown? Shame that it’s left like that they deserve respect to their resting places so sad you do these blogs so respectful till the next one 😊
Hi Paul loved your 3 parter very interesting and informative and a nice walk through the cemetery Thanks for sharing.

There are maps/plans available at the cemetery office.

The reason you can walk over to his grave is because there's a Rick of putting your foot through a coffin that over the years have risen to the top.
I suppose you get it all the time....youre a ringer for that corrie villain Phelan.
I’m guessing you spent an entire day here. I know how vast the area is, and there being a charge for one side.
yes about 7 hours in total

It’s a nature reserve. There are some rare plants, flowers etc recorded growing in the cemetery.
