    In the hyperbaric oxygen world we were taught about unit pulmonary toxicity dose. Partial pressure of O2 x time of exposure gave the dose and there were ranges were lung function was negatively impacted

    I have transported patients and optimized ventilator settings, titrated them down to 21% FIO2 with SPO2 94-95%....and the receiving hospital turned them to 30% immediately lol 🤷
