Coming up with the most unreasonably compact computing again 🙏
actually quite,
I want to build one, one day…i know its hard as hell tho
@@NahBNah and expensive.
I disagree it’s not unreasonable. This is more optimal. This is what PCs should be. 😌
Not unreasonable. It’s pathetic that the likes of Nvidia and AMD aren’t bringing that type of size and cooling innovation at the base level.
It's insane how small the card actually is. Makes it even more insane how big the air cooling solution is.
I like the design, but I still dont like 450w power hog.
@@fynkozari9271 like ur about to afford it LMAO
@@txic.4818 Its only 4k max...
@@fynkozari9271why does that matter lol? If you can afford it you can afford to pay the power bill
@@MV-ri7zu it's more about principle. Save energy save the planet. Also efficiency. In the future your gpu only needs 20watt to play 4k 240fps. While AmD is working on an integrated gpu equivalent to rtx 3050.
That shot of the watercooled 4090 laying on the founders edition alone, makes this vid already worth watching. Nice one dude.
It should be in the thumbnail tbh
I like thin long gpu better, but not thick.
Damn, that's an insanely petite 4090!! Great job Alphacool!
i know! i cant wait to stick it in!
@@BOZ_11 and play with it
@@joeburgers1001 🤨📸
The cooler was designed so multiple video cards could be stacked for bitcoin mining, that now no longer in demand we can expect video cards to get cheap or at lease at reasonable prices again.
The gigabyte xtreme waterforce is the same size
As soon as you switched to an air cooled setup, I knew it wasn’t gonna last long 😂. Im super excited to see dual 240’s in that shoebox.
Really interested in seeing performance, noise, thermal comparisons between the air cooled and water cooled versions of your build!
It looks slick. I love that they kept it simple, no RGB. Great review!
Using this block too with Galax 666W BIOS and external MO-RA3. Deltas over water around 18C at 500W and 26C at 650W, which is very good and it typically sits in low to mid 40s on the core after OC, mid to high 30s after undervolt. Overall quality is nice too. I didn't buy it because of size necessarily, this is just what I had available, but still the difference vs air is quite comical due to how small those PCBs really are.
Nice which card?
what's your water temps?
your ambient must be chilly..
What is the difference vs air? Would've been nice to have that info on this vid as well.
Your home is below 18°?
Great video. I was getting bothered about overgrown GPUs recently.
Add the radiator to the mass and its not small..
Excited to see how the final water cooled build turns out. Might even try recreating the build (if successful) sometime in the next 12 months.
Interesting! Can’t wait for the full build video.
Love the builds and the video quality!
Can't wait for the main build water-cooling video. As always thanks for the great video, clear explanations and just for being my favorite RUclipsr for PC builds :D
Cool to see waterblock makers put input/output connectors at the end instead of the side of these big fat cards.
Could only find waterblocks with input/output on the side before.
Phantek also makes waterblocks with the input/output at the end of the block.
man, I love your content. Cant wait for that T1 V2 water cooling build!
Can’t wait to see the build you make with this
I'm sad/happy that all this effort still puts you within like 10 degrees of MSRP 4090s. The overengineered coolers slap this gen.
Overengineered or just ridiculously huge?
but this is almost 100% silent.
@@alexstromberg7696 You would be surprised how silent the MSRP coolers right now are, since they are so overengineered. Most of them are just overkill and don’t need to have even half fan RPM. The main reason these are getting loud is mostly coil whining, which can’t be fixed by watercooling.
@@garrusvakarian8709I am guessing you ain’t 4090 and haven’t played games at 8k yet otherwise you would know how hot it gets. For example my room that I don’t even need heater in winter 😂 I got asus 4090 strix. Those coolers are super necessary for those like me who super max out stuff 😊
You forget that they are much quieter, you are paying for that luxury not just performance
good luck with the build, looks insane already
This is awesome! As someone who finds super large cards to be unsightly, this seems like the perfect solution to make the card smaller. I like all my parts to be centered over the motherboard, instead of having this giant long stick poking over the edge of it.
I prefer the thin gpu like liquid cooled, but without liquid. Technology isnt there yet.
You make it all seem so easy. Excellent work and excellent editing. Best wishes.
This is super cool. Looking forward to the finished build
Can't wait to see the first solid state cooled graphics card. Frore Systems airjet demo looks good.
I saw it too, but it's just for ultabook CPUs for now and they're not that efficient
Man this water build is going to be so aesthetically pleasing
You were not lying about the Moddiy silicone sleeve cable being so flexible, I was shocked when mine arrived how it was compared to other cables!
shill
I‘m actually pretty happy with my 3080TI setup in my dan case but now you have my full attention 😂
Excited one what youy're gonna do with this Ali (in terms of undervolt/overclock). Those temps are looking real good. I can only imagine what it'd be like under 400w load.
That looks quite cool ! Hopefully someday I'll dare to make some watercooling GPU.
I am looking forward to this heavily. I plan on doing the same thing but for the 4080. Also optimistically waiting for price drop.
The size comparison to founders 4090 is absolutely mind blowing
Can not wait to see the clip after you have the parts to install it in your system.
Always well spoken, succinct information with excellent video. Thanks!
I'm a nerd and I thoroughly enjoy this channel! Cheers 🍻
I don't know which is more voluminous; your hair or your muscles.
Cant wait to see the comparison and of course the compact water cooled build.🤯
Can't wait to see how your new build turns out.
I can't wait to watch the next video of this project when you actually put the liquid cooled gpu in your main system !
Can't wait for the finished build!
So dope, ready to see your full liquid cool build… want the smallest beast you can make
this camera quality is better than my eyesight...
Your channel has the coolest stuff and well introduced!
I'm so looking forward to that build!
mygod this is insane !! well done
*_NVIDIA: The way it's meant to be cooled_*
Your content is top notch ! Keep it up Ali !
I am really looking forwards to this build!
This is the first time I’m leaving my card alone, the stock cooler on the 4090 is amazing
Absolutely! It's insane! I'm running 4k144 at ultra settings and can barely hear the gpu. Apart from size constraints, there's no point in changing the stock cooler.
That’s super cool. I wish we got oem versions like this.
Cant wait to see how it fits in the tiny ITX setup :)
looks like a ridge wallet! super cool
Never realised how large the stock cooler was compared to the circuit it was cooling
I am going to like this video before even watching/finishing it.
The card is beautifully clean, and sexy looking, that little carbon back plate and the water connections on the end are sweet. Thanks for this bit of case eye candy.
Wow, that thing is tiny! Great job alphacool!
Any chance you could update the shopping list to include power supply, watercooling supplies, etc.?
Would greatly appreciate seeing those in the description!
Your content quality is amazing! Keep it up!
this used to be the normal size for graphicscards
That thermal paste application though 😱
Always super clean
Really looking forward to your dual rad build in the formd t1 V2.
Amazing, and I really want one of those blocks.
Great and very informative video Optimum Tech! Thank you! 😃
love the thermal paste application
cant wait to see that build!
Wish this was the standard of water blocks, so compact !
that is insane!! Now I wanna do that in my new Q300L build!
Revival of the Ghost case? perfect!
Super sick stuff as always, keep it coming my guy
I must admit i do love tight compact pc builds.
I wouldn't want to sacrifice the warranty for this
2:24 got me fked up, thought someone knocking 😂😂😂
The real insanity is how thin it is. The thumbnail didn't show that off. Maybe change it to holding both GPUs to show the thickness difference? It really surprised me
Agreed. Absolutely tiny in comparison.
that's just how big the pcb is, all the size in cards has always been the cooler.
Now I am thinking of tiny builds as well. very good idea esp for my situation living abroad
Let's see some hard-line tubing in the T1 !
Ok, now I have ordered that graphic card I need the rest of the steps to make it all fit my T1!
dam can't wait to see dual 240's in the t1. and the eventual zen4 x3d upgrade as well
Can't wait for the build
this gon be perfect with ITX builds . GJ as always sir 😤
Great! I'd install a proper sound card with that extra slot!
Glad you like it, I am kinda proud of it.
This neat but it's only practical use is in an apsolute tiny ff. With watercooling realistically you want more surface area with more air movement. The idea is to wick the heat away as efficiently as possible.
That waterblock is stunning
2:15 Manual focus bro! You got the top-down, just get rid of AF. Interesting video btw.
You can push pull on one side with slim fans in the formd t1
2x exhaust fans with 1 intake on the right side
Will this thing fit in an Ncase M1 or will the power connector come out the side?
i wonder what the smallest possible case is available for this, I'd consider building that
For the size the velka v3, for cooling nothing under DAN A4^^
Please build an ITX PC with this gpu, would be so cool
Dang that's insane dude
4:30 The temps are so low, even the fans doesn't spin. 😁
This is what the Founders Edition should look like.
We want an ITX build with this !!
Just excellent sir. Keep it up
I will make sure do this when I get my 4090 in 10 years. Cheers 🥂
nah u can get it in 2 years
I want the smallest mini PC tower to perfectly fit that gpu
Crazy to see that earlier we used to do videos about world's biggest GPUs and now on tiniest ones.
People sure move on
i really love ur build vids plz i cant wait how this tiny beast fits in ur daily
I am soo excited to see how you put this together. I'm trying to copy your existing 4090 build but with the new 7800X3D (April release). I have the case and the mobo but holding off on the GPU until I see how you've managed to fit everything together with this new liquid cooled build. The new EK CPU/mobo cooler was just announced for the ROG Strix X670E-I and it looks really good so I'm wondering if I can magic that into what you're able to put together.
Wich case you buy?
I really hate where they put the power connector on the 40-series. Beautiful build as usual. Man I love those sfx cases.
I would be interested in seeing how nvidia packs their high end cards into their game/desktop streaming servers
Very excited on how will u put that in your new pc.
Imagine the toasting power, once teh water pump craps out ;-)
where can someone get one readymade?
I'd love to get one without the hustle of purchasing seperate parts and trying to install it
