Marth and Roy only had Japanese voices; Ike's was Japanese for consistency..... Also there weren't any good English quotes (from S.T.E.A.M.) for his Final Smash cut-in .

325.sawnd from the sfx folder contains Roy's sound files. I don't remember if the audio was officially put into the Smash 3 pack though.

After seeing this, the Fire Emblem characters really do benefit from Brawl's aesthetic. Without it, they look rather plain.
