  • Making yarn art is a relaxing creative activity that uses easy-to-find craft materials, and the result is a piece of tactile wall art that really stands out!
    The designs I made were a Mondrian-inspired colour block canvas, a wave canvas, and the sun. I also created an abstract doodle design to show you that you don't even need to have a plan for your artwork before you start.
    And if you have kids, get them involved too!

    I’ve been doing it on boards since 1975 . I love it . My technique is different . 😊

      :D I have a vague recollection of doing this when I was in the Brownies as a kid...not sure how old the craft is though, probably nearly as old as yarn!

    I love this idea. I saw someone on IG do a pic with wool and I was like oohhh great idea for all my left over scraps, then I came across your video on how to do it. I'm working on a wave one now 😃. Thanks
