Body Cam Captures Kentucky Police Officers In Shoot Out With Domestic Abuse Suspect *Garry's Mod VR*

On July 25th 2021, Shively Police Officers received a call about a domestic abuse going on in the 2500 block at a trailer park. When the officers arrived Sergeant William McCoy and Officer Garret Lee arrived to a trailer that had the door wide open and trash everywhere. The officers noted that the windows were blocked off by card board blocking their view from inside. Sgt. McCoy went first and took a look inside when he saw that a 48 year old male, John McAfee had a revolver pointed at Sgt McCoy's head. McCoy almost fell backwards to avoid the gun fire. The suspect shot and missed the Sergeant. The Officers retreated to the side of the trailer and could see a little bit through the window and demanded that McAfee dropped the gun. After numerous commands, McAfee was not going to drop the gun and the officers realized that they had a serious situation. Officer Lee grabbed his rifle from the patrol vehicle and returned back into the fight. Both Officers went to the door to breach when things went quiet. Once they got to the door they immediately got shot at again. The Officers returned fire and McCoy told Lee to back up and let him first. When McCoy got in front he started to return fire at the suspect. The suspect shot McCoy in the left shoulder and at that point started to advance towards Sergeant McCoy. McCoy went back into the fight and then noticed the suspect advancing when McCoy realized he was out of ammo. The suspect went into the door way and was about to open fire when both officers opened fire killing the suspect immediately. The suspect was pronounced deceased at the scene and the officer found McAfee's wife shot and bleeding in the back of the trailer. She was taken to the hospital and is recovering. Sergeant McCoy was taken to the hospital and was released later that day.

This type of gaming is going to be absolutely huge in the future. Advanced VR with haptic feedback, movement controlled by your mind/highly sophisticated movement peripheral. Imagine a whole DarkRP lobby like that, hundreds of people in a roleplay world, all in completely immersive VR.

@@XZ1. I’m heavily disabled from snow boarding incident so can’t really move around well anymore without massive pain. Something like deep dive VR will give people that have troubles interacting/moving around reality an incredible emotional medication.

Sgt. McCoy and Officer Lee did alright in the given situation, I was incredibly worried for Sgt. McCoy at 2:13 he somehow forgot to reload his firearm which can happen in combat, good thing his buddy got his back with that long rifle.
no 🧢 roleplaying as a Police Officer i see why they’re highly frustrated with Civilians and also Very Cautious because its hard to tell who could possibly be a threat
