I own a pair of the Mack Weldon Ace Pants. I am 5'5", have a 31" waist and a 28" inseam and I was surprised to see how different they fit on you. They are very tapered and there is no bagginess at all. I am actually thinking of getting another pair. And i actually do wear them out casually. Thank you for your review.
Hmm that's very interesting, thanks for sharing! They are definitely a great pair of sweatpants and are extremely comfortable. You can never go wrong with having several pairs of sweatpants!
Love the review and that you modeled each pair. I ordered two pairs of the MacK Weldon before I found your review. If I find that the Macks don’t meet my needs, I will try your #1 (Public Rec) choice.
I own two pairs of Public Rec ADED and absolutely love them. I wear them in and out of the house all of the time - my goto pants - have even worn them to the workplace! I'm thinking of trying a pair of Mack Weldons just for a different perspective. Great review btw.
We are about the same height so definitely coming here for clothes reviews I will also be wearing the hanks sweetpants out of the house idc what anyone thinks i wanna be comfortable
I have 3 pairs of the MW sweat pants and the fit and comfort are superb. Looking at your fit it seems like they need to offer an XS as those look a tad large on you. Just for comparison purposes I am 5'10" and 205 pounds and wear the size Medium.
What's your inseam? A 29 or 30 waist typically would fit a size small, but depending on your inseam, a medium may work better for you. However, if you have close to a 32 inch inseam and want a more tapered fit, Mack Weldon also offers tall size options, and so I would recommend considering the small tall size option.
It may fit you a bit tight even with the elastic waistband if you get the size 28. My waist ranges between 29/30" and the elastic waistband was stretchy enough for me but not sure for a size 31 waist.
I haven't had experience with shrinkage but I also hang-dry all my clothes. I will say though that if you're looking to purposely shrink the pant, while they may get a little tighter, the length of the pant may also shrink which could be a problem. So I would advise not to go that route and maybe instead just size down. Hope this helps!
This is mad clutch same height same pant size so this actually help odee with deciding i was gonna splurge on the mack weldon too but after this vid prob wont lol thanks for the vid bro
I own the Adidas Tiro 19 sweatpants and the sports club Nike l sweatpants, so how does the comfort of these compare to those sweatpants? I’m really interested in buying these in the olive color way since I own many pairs of black and grey.
Unfortunately, I do not own the Adidas Tiro 19 sweatpants so I can't give an opinion on the comfort of those sweatpants. However, in my most recent video "6 Best Sweatpants Under $50," I talked a lot about the Nike Sportswear Club Fleece sweatpants and how it compares to some of the other sweatpants. Which of the sweatpants mentioned in this video do you plan to buy in the olive color?
@@mikecapalungan I personally view the Public Rec joggers to be a bit more comfortable because it has a lot more stretch and is more of a performance jogger than the Nike club fleece, which is made of cotton and more of a loungewear sweatpant. Does that help at all?

@@andrewseong2 do u know a cheaper version of these public rec?
@@ignacio3714 i'm wondering as well because the public rec ones are going for $145 CAD without tax or shipping
Thanks for the video. I'm in the market for new joggers and this helped a lot.
No problem! I appreciate the comment and support.

Thanks for the input, I totally agree! The length is also a small issue as I'm 5'6"
Discount code for public Rec?
Thanks! Needed this! Nice review!
Thanks, glad it was helpful!
Just under 5’11 should i go medium for the mack weldon? Im a 29 or 30 waist

30 or 32 inseam. 32 is on the longer side though. Just dont want the small to be too tight
@@mutton4ever Yeah I would definitely recommend to go with just the regular size medium then
Andrew Seong thanks for getting back to me. Got some for me and my brothers for xmas
@@mutton4ever no problem! Hope you guys all like them
just found ur channel bro think its sick but one big major flaw is you dont say/mention what your wearing eg the shirt in the video
Is the public rec waistband stretchy enough to fit 31” waist for the size 28”? I’m 5’8” and I normally wear small for joggers

Do the Peter Manning Joggers shrink a lot ? I just got mine yesterday and they feel a bit baggy on me. So I’m debating if I should return or not

It's the stone grey color!

I am 5'11 tall. Which inseam should I get public rec? 32 or 30 inseam?
It varies depending on the person so I would recommend to measure your inseam with a tape measure!
@@andrewseong2 You are right. Thank you.
the mac weldons fade like crazy. i washed on cold. i just didnt think they were good at all. i have 2 pairs. i think they are over priced
I find the public rec to be baggy in the thighs
Yeah I sized down and found them to fit really great
$100 ? Buggin
It’s called inflation. Everything is more expensive, haven’t you noticed 🤦🏻♂️
