We released Oracle Database 23c Free - Developer Release in April 2023. Go to www.oracle.com/database/free to download the software. This release allows developers a head-start on building applications with innovative 23c features that simplify development of modern data-driven apps. The entire feature set of Oracle Database 23c is planned to be generally available within the next 12 months.
@@Oraclewill u also a free oracle 23c in GA after development, for production purposes only like oracle 21c But without the limitations in this release?

@@Oracle but this release has 12gb storage 2 cpus limitation, so when it's released I can get the GA without those limitations in the future?
Still not available for Exadata in OCI. Latest version in 19c.
