I think the problem with this game is that it has things stolen from minecraft (example: breaking animation), and also there's no consistency, your island is blocky but the whole spawn is low poly
Absoulutely awesome game! I do have A suggestion tho. You should add more badges to the game for people to grind for something
Its an amazing game VERY well made! It's hard to get a good game that's new to get popular but you'll get there

While it may not fit the style of the game entitely, I think having some kind of furnature or more things to help build your base would help a ton. A lot of people like having pretty bases.
Yeah I do agree the game is kinda plain and adding like beds, chairs or like anything like that would help. Kinda like jail break houses

the game was pretty boring in general, i played for a bit and you can basically beat the game in less than 3 days

i think that adding purchaseable items that can sell or turn dirt into something for newer players is gonna add more meaning to expanding your plot

What make this game fail probably because of the concept. It’s just have many popular games out there that have similar mechanic, and because it’s more well known, even your game have better graphic or ambient, still they prefer the more popular game if it’s have the same concept. The building and mining mechanic is just been everywhere on the Roblox platform, you should find unique mechanic to make your game stand out, not just blocky world. My suggestion is you need to focus on something else, that’s will make you stand out.

I think the main issue here is that there is another game with a similar mining system that is very popular (mining simulator), and because it has a minecraft style. I think if it had a more original idea it would succeed more. However, the game is pretty good. Good job!
it's also like skyblock (the one on roblox) so that might be why it's failing, he did a fantastic job but I'd also say go with an original enough idea to stand out
yeah but even mining simulator got the idea from games like Azure Mines which probably took the idea from somewhere else etc. so it shows that you dont really need an original idea to succeed

Y’know, this pretty much describes the entirety of Roblox’s unknown devs. Your game isn’t bad, it’s not failing, it just hasn’t seen the right market yet.
I think it's col that you are spreading positivity and helping out skilled community members who are often underrated or overlooked :) Thumbs up all around!
One factor could ve that there are LOTS of simulation games and now you have to compete with the others to attract the players. Besides this, the game is very nice😃👍👍

I got an ad from this game and I just immediately left because it didn't even have much things to do, there needs to be an objective in the game.

i think having a thing where you can change textures of blocks and stuff would be cool.
I like how the round prices are like the usual shop prices where it’s 199 instead of 200 to make people think of it cheap to drain the wallets out.
i think they should add better pickaxe’s and someway to trade, tp to different plots

these vids actually bring me a lot of nostalgia, makes me want to come back to roblox
you see, I never thought I could actually make good models in blender, but I didn't give up, I watched a video about the keybinds, remembered the keybinds, and started modeling some really epic stuff

Their main problem is the sheer number of minecraft clones on ROBLOX. Having a trailer showing how their game is different will definitely help (if they're spending 💰 on ads).

I think their game is failing because of how similar some of the mechanics are to another roblox game, called islands. They also have very similar art styles, so maybe nobody plays that game because they think it's a stolen version of islands. Both games are different, it also could be failing because it's a simulator, many people hate simulators, but cool game!

The only problem with the game is its timing. If it was made maybe before mining simulator or as all the simulator games were popping up it would have done really well. Maybe even front page well. It's just that it is very similar to mining sim and all the simulator games nowadays. Sadly we can't go back in time but if we could and this guy made the game before the other simulator games he would have been right up there with jail break and adopt me in popularity.
It's sad to see that the most popular games are just unoriginal clicker simulators and there are some underrated games with like 1 or 2 players

when I played Roblox I started with liking simulators and stuff, then tried building, then the horror games. just there were big margins between it the last few
5:08 that makes sense but what about Bedwars? And Islands? They are pretty popular games that are based on minecraft
They're popular because they're popular gamemodes in Minecraft's popular servers, they're actually the top two (SkyBlock and Bedwars) most played/sought after minigames in Minecraft, so its only natural it would trend in Roblox as an adaptation
Example, Prison Servers are popular/sorta so if someone made a Prison server adaptation in Roblox, it might work well
they're mainly based off hypixel modes as bedwars was made by hypixel and islands is a skyblock rip-off, but yea makes sense

This is a big issue on roblox developers who make great games are just left behind and forgotten and absolutely shit stuff is promoted and the shitty cash grabbing games just get the spotlight.
Never couldve agreed more. Stuff like Noob Smacker Simulator are starting to lose their popularity, even though its really unique and cool. And stuff like bee swarm too.

I joined the game and most of the sound effects are from minecraft and another copyright free thing for the musicand also the texture compliment it's all minecraft textures with a slight size down
Imo the game looks like it would get boring quick. There isn't any reward for building a cool house. Yeah it would be fun to make a house ig but there are literally hundreds of games that I can do that in. I recommend you allow building machines by connecting certain types of blocks, then the machine can say turn copper ore into copper bars, then copper and tin into bronze. It is a good progression with the extra bonus of making ur house look cool

One of my friends made a game named something Peppa pig survival and got over 50 000 visits, the game had only free things in it.
I am sad games like Blocky world with actuall effort put into them get less than 10k visits and a peppa pig survival gets 50k, i am happy for my friend tho not complaining.

this game copies the method to get better from Mining Simulator by Rumble Studios and the icons are taken from Minecraft. this game also has taken over 1/3 from the Roblox game, Islands(also a copy of Minecraft that got copyrighted for it) old name being Skyblock, copying Minecraft Skyblock. many Minecraft fans do not like the concept of a different game using their ideas. This would lead to fewer people playing Minecraft and more people playing Roblox.
Not a copy of mining simulator. If that’s the case mining sim copied the quarry, they then copied ultimate mining and it can go on forever. Name 1 icon take from minecraft?? Every single icon was custom made for this game. Islands did not come up with their own concepts. If people wanna critique and say my games a copy, then go to all the islands and bedwars videos and write in the comments “they just stole this from mimecraft”

looking back at this i dont think that this game would be for roblox audience. since the game is for kids and kids need a goal in the game this game wont fit their liking. At the start of the game it feels like ur just building a house and there is no goal to that house

For me, the main reason is that people can play Minecraft and have infinite amount of blocks, building and redstone systems…
After playing for a while I think its failing becouse you progres pretty slow and players just dont stick around for too much
At first I thought it's some kinda of dumb simulator esk game but looking at it 2 minutes in it's really interesting to see different genre of Roblox games being mixed together here, mining and building etc.

Bedwar and this game has same thing: blocky world except some place are low poly and non-blocky
but Bedwar are more action, this game isn't (though there pvp)

i think its a rlly well developed game but i wish he would add his own quirk, add his own spin on the things he borrowed

The issue with his game is simple, why do you buy the resources to build? Why not farm them? Why are you locked in areas, but you can build to your hearts desire? The game just does not fit what he is going for. Its a open world game, with a pay to win astetic. No one wants to be forced to buy everything, and have no end game to buy it for.
ontop of the fact that there is no discovery. You just build stuff. Its not a good game design if your going to do it in this way
