Honestly just soooooooo much better than we entered in the past few years (2024). Getting 'nul points' every year (or nearly) sucks. Try this entry guys. There are at least a few of use who would vote for you!
@@shanecook9653 as a lifelong Eurovision fan, I feel I need to point out the UK has only got 0 points twice. Cry Baby and Embers. It was less than ideal getting 0 in the public vote this year but not a complete zero pointer
This has long been one of my favourite songs, despite not speaking more than a few words of Cornish myself. However, having read a translation of the lyrics, as someone who has indeed "wedi gweld y min, ac wedi dod 'nôl yn saff", to put it in my own language (Welsh), I appreciate it all the more.
Pur dha! David ou vy.... As an Englishman that has studied Russian to high level of fluency, Spanish which is highly active and then onto Italian,French and Mandarin as a hobbie... to the Cornish community please accept my apology for A being ignorant of your language and B the fact that this is not the first language I learnt... Russian amazes me and Spanish, wow what a language to speak. HOWEVER, this is the most beautiful language I have EVER heard and I have listened to plenty.
Shock the nation and go on a show like Britains got talent, they can't complain because it _is_ a native language, hopefully it will inspire other hidden languages to come out of the wood work.
This is beyond beautiful.. truly beautiful and have listened to it non stop despite the fact I do not speak Cornish. Well done guys.. this is truly remarkable. Completely taken aback.
More songs in Kernewek, please!!!
Epic, from a fellow Celtic language speaker 🏴
This group’s cds have Kernewek (Cornish) and Sowsnek (English) lyrics written on the cover. Their repertoire is amazing!
This band would be my dream UK Eurovision entry
I agree

Brilliant what a voice
I love the pronunciation here, not a hint of an English accent. Did the singer learn how to speak Cornish? I've read he's from Norfolk. :)

Teg yw. As a big Gwenno and Dalla fan I wasn't wondering, but the Cornish language needs songwriting and performance of this quality. Meur ras bras!
