Thank you for your kind note. I was 70 Years Young at the time. I trained for app 6 months and I did post a few training video's as well on my channel. I train 5 days a week now and am heading to Mera Peak in Nepal this coming October.
Once at Camp III we did Blood/Oxygen and I failed not by much. Checked it again before bed, still below benchmark. Again an hour before Summit Push and still below. Bummed but I followed the rules and will go back Dec 2025 and finish it this time. Thanks for watching and the kind note.

Look in to the Wim Hof breathing technique, it should boost the O2 sat number.
