I agree on the tightness you feel on the thumb stripe and fingertips... but I believe mine got loosen up after several sessions, as I no more feel them "uncomfortably tight" as the first times using these. They still fit compact though, but no more uncomfortable at all.
Can't see link to the shop in descriptions. When I order some Mexican glove I always order lighter pair lie 12/14 OZ to end up with glove around 16 OZ :)
These look dope but that disparity of weight is annoying. As far as I know Bryant’s are the few that come close or are on weight when it comes to Mexican gloves.
Boxeo Tm we’re on weight also I think Mexican brands need to get the weight much closer to label even with my range of acceptable weight ounce difference some including these are off the scale
Simon, question on your 16 oz Casanovas... Casanova tended to have a wide knuckle pocket, which actually wasn't great as didn't helped your hands and gloves to feel as once. Does this ones comes with a huge knuckle pocket or does it fit snug?
My pair were also incredibly overweight, 21oz. each. But I love using them for shoulder conditioning because of the weight
I wondered why people weighed their gloves 21 oz???
it seems to be a mexican thing, especially for more artesanal gloves, to be overweight

Well I have done a good few sessions in them as part of testing they have eased a little
Beautiful gloves 😍🥊 Added bonus if you live where it snows you can put them in your trunk as it weighs down the vehicle & gives it more traction 👀 👀

Would you recommend these for sparring? Is the padding fit for it?
Despite the weight would they be fine?

@@Fit2Box what about Salvador's? Box up nation weighed some Salvador gloves on their insta page and they were exactly in weight.
@@bleh3328 I think Salvador have changed their manufacturer since I did a video of their gloves
Is it big pocket inside? My Casanovas a got that. I hav medium hands so they are a bit too big insise for me

Not a huge knuckle pocket or snug pretty normal in terms of hand space for a 16oz
Pro am is really gd seller. Got pro am gloves which are great for sparring. Thats the lightest 16oz which in reality weights 12oz
