Those blue mats look just like the one I just bought for dog...if it's the same then they are cooling mats. Kinda like a foam pad inside with gel. Great for pets to cool down on.

Yea, if u get right help then they can fix to show wires and connect 2 ends and try see if heat up right and then tape up with electricial tape and be good as new kinda. i seen done before with a battery pack for cd player. so all is not lost. and can sanitized etc incase worried spread virus if was used before covid any.

I have good cord repair skills I am a disabled electrical engineer and have good contacts here for the woman's shelters. What a treat that will be for the women and any teens there to get donated such high end hair electronics at just your cost of diving and cord repairs. Also if you need any repair supplies I could help with that too. I think ur fine on your own just wanted to reach out. Five below is also a strange one...they generally don't destroy stuff and their dumpster electronics usually work even if they look like returns. A bunch of your haul really didn't look even touched, how weird is that, we will take it though, although the store keeping and selling new sealed stuff as per usual would be good too. Am still watching the vlog, amazed at how many dryers, irons and curlers you found...and that's just at one store! Each store must have done that, changed out for the latest model for display. Wow. Ulta is not far from me but the dumpster areas are sometimes locked and also patrolled by mall security often. I havent tried but you make it tempting...and Five Below is in the same spot but their dumpster is at a big 4 lane stop sign for all the traffic to the outdoor mall so I am 🐔 chicken to check it out. Those hair tools were all displays. They always cut the cords to display in the store. They’re really easy to fix.
