Wayyyy outdated and asking price Wayyyy over inflated.
LOL So not even 10 years old yet and it’s supposedly “outdated”?? People crack me up!! Just because something isn’t YOUR style or done to YOUR specific taste DOES NOT mean it’s old or outdated. I’ve seen homes (both renovations AND new builds) that look not too dissimilar from this. All within the last 3 years or so.
And as for being “over inflated” price wise, I’m guessing you haven’t seen real estate prices in the state of North Carolina lately. From Highlands/Cashiers & Asheville in the mountains you have homes anywhere from $1.5 million all the way up to $12 million. In the middle-ish of the state like Raleigh & Charlotte areas (and around Lake Norman) homes are as high as $8/9 million. And then on the coast around Wilmington there’s homes as high as $5 million. $3.5 for a property like this isn’t too bad at all, actually.
*EDIT:* For a house of this size, with the amenities it has and the acreage it comes with AND it’s on a lake?? I’m surprised it’s not more than $3.25 mil.
