Tony Iommi - Riff master Bill Ward - Had swing that most of his contemporaries lacked Geezer Butler - Great lyricist and fantastic bass player Ozzy Osborne - Totally and absolutely unique voice, with a knack for creating great vocal melodies. A line up like this is a rarity!
Agreed, he loved War Pigs and Paranoid, and I thought "oh, shit, Planter Caravan is next". Instead he loved it and it tainted the rest of the album for him.
Iced Earth next!! I love your marathon format! Brilliant. Too many people nowadays don’t rock an album from start to finish. You get the artist full vision that way.
I never know where your reactions are going to go. Lol Pleasantly surprised that you liked "Planet Caravan"...really expected you to skip that. It's an underrated track! Thought for sure you would love the groove on "Hand of Doom" and especially "Fairies Wear Boots"...but nope. Lol Can't figure you out at all man! Hahaha
Side one is epic. Especially War Pigs (first song). But have another careful listen to Hand Of Doom ... It's another epic tune. Get into some of these lyrics, man!
the best part about ozzy is that he still sounds this amazing even now. its truly awesome and i'm so glad you liked planet caravan. its such a chill and relaxed song
Bradley Allen Kyuss would be cool. I've been requesting him to react to Sleep so maybe Kyuss would be good after this then Sleep. It's a natural progression of heavyness
This album is amazing. I do have my disagreements about some of your thoughts on this album but yeah lol. Their next album is my number one favorite. After this marathon, you got to finish the big 4 with the band Anthrax.
love the fact that planet caravan is possibly the best song you ever heard... its totally awesome... you need to reach out to more metal heads your reviews are spot on... each one reminds me of when I heard these albums...made me feel the same way and still do ... lets keep it going...
Every time I watch one of his videos, I'm terrified he's going to get T-boned by a truck or something. Obviously, he probably wouldn't upload that, but the fear is still there.
Don't worry the feeling's called irrational fear syndrome and its one of the first symptoms of schizophrenic paranoia. To help you further, think of it as if each upload could be a lost and found material. Is it really Youyouyou uploading ehhh?
I think you should do a AC/DC marathon.....the first albums with Bon Scott as lead singer are very, very blue's oriented. Black Sabbath, followed quickly by AC/DC and Judas Priest is the beginning of all Heavy Metal. Some may throw Led Zepplin in the mix.......but they weren't real Heavy Metal.........more like just Hard Rock.
Honestly, I think you killed the momentum of the album when you skipped Iron Man. Yeah, everyone is familiar with the tune, but the outro in that song is gold. Good reaction though. 👍
Scott Sherwood Completely agree man! Just because he's heard it before doesn't mean he actually "listened" to it. He skipped one of the best moments on the album!
One day there was a man named youyouyou. He traveled throughout the vastness of space and reached Planet Caravan. Once he turned around and looked at the rest of the universe...it just didn't compare to what he had found.
6:05 you probably remember it from the end credits of Iron Man (just when Tony Stark says: "I am Iron Man" and people on the press conference go nuts LOL)
There's a new DevilDriver album that came out a week ago, in case you didn't know. Also, you should react to Coal Chamber, it has the same lead singer, it's his band before Devildriver, but it only has four albums.
TMPOUZI not necessarily “background sounds”, just not quite as engaging as the first half. It’s still good material, and I can see why others think it’s classic
well what can I say. I think Electric Funeral, Fairies Wear Boots and Hand of Doom are equally legendary songs with the first half. I mean I grade the second half 10+++, while I give the first half 10++++. The guy was yawning and you agreed
Master of Reality is also my favourite Sabbath record but I'm going to go out on a limb and say that he'll like Sweet Leaf, Children of the Grave, Into the Void and maybe Lord of this World.(Big maybe) He'll dislike Solitude for no reason. If he didn't appreciate the riffs and the groove of Hand of Doom and Fairies Wear Boots then I'd don't see him liking MOR. We shall see! Haha
Well I love Electric Funeral but otherwise I actually kind of agree. I never really thought Paranoid was their best. I wanna see what your opinion of Black Sabbath after the Ozzy era is, since that's where you find the most hidden gems, but from a metalhead's perspective, Master of Reality, Vol. 4, SBS and Sabotage are all heavier Ozzy-fronted records with even sicker riffs than the more iconic first two.
If you liked planet caravan, you gotta listen to zeitgeist by Black Sabbath mahn, I’m sure you’ll love it. And solitude as well. It’s got that mellow flow.
well you're certainly the first guy ever on this planet to call Fairies Wear Boots and Hand of Doom background sounds. Something affected your mood again
Well, I do believe this Ozzy Osborne fella might have a future in rock and roll!
nah, total flash in the pan, i'm calling it
Tony Iommi - guitar
Bill Ward - drums
Ozzy Osbourne - vocals
Geezer Butler - bass
Tony Iommi - Riff master
Bill Ward - Had swing that most of his contemporaries lacked
Geezer Butler - Great lyricist and fantastic bass player
Ozzy Osborne - Totally and absolutely unique voice, with a knack for creating great vocal melodies.
A line up like this is a rarity!
Black Sabbath
Ozzy Osbourne
Tony Iommy
Geezer Butler
Bill Ward
Wow, never thought you'd like Planet Caravan
He's very unpredictable
Rolling Rock funny because I'm pretty sure he skipped panteras cover of it on far beyond driven
Josh White- Puller Of Strings came here to say thay
Agreed, he loved War Pigs and Paranoid, and I thought "oh, shit, Planter Caravan is next". Instead he loved it and it tainted the rest of the album for him.
well he sure he didn't like it when Pantera played it
He like a slow song. I repeat. HE LIKED A SLOW SONG 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
That's A First He Even Played It Again And Said That Might Be The Best Song I've Ever Heard Take His Temperature
He also like the iron maidens slow songs
I am so so so pleased you did not skip Planet Caravan .. one of the best early metal ballads written...
Planet caravan ... Very underrated tune!
You liked Planet Caravan?!?! HOLY CHIT!!!!
One of my favorite BS songs.
Iced Earth next!! I love your marathon format! Brilliant. Too many people nowadays don’t rock an album from start to finish. You get the artist full vision that way.
War Pigs is my favorite Sabbath song and I’m glad you liked. It Fear Factory on your list. Great Industrial Metal.
Seems like 1 song he doesnt like pops up throws his whole mood off lol
I never know where your reactions are going to go. Lol
Pleasantly surprised that you liked "Planet Caravan"...really expected you to skip that. It's an underrated track!
Thought for sure you would love the groove on "Hand of Doom" and especially "Fairies Wear Boots"...but nope. Lol
Can't figure you out at all man! Hahaha
No, Planet Caravan is not underrated. It's one of the popularest Black Sabbath songs on Spotify.
@@jens2539 Yeah, but it's never on the "top 10 Black Sabbath" or played ever.
Zeitgeist is another good one.
You should react to Jimi Hendrix.
Donovan Davis Spotify have Jimi hendrix albums lol. Because I've all of Jimi hendrix albums on my Spotify list
Probably skipped it on the marathon, but Pantera do a cool cover of planet caravan on the end of their far beyond driven album
Yes Pantera did a clean one. Liked it!
But Sabbath's one has a 100% Sabbath feelings.
I'm so glad you like Sabbath man, I really am! Rock on!
Such a great album. Glad you did this one.
Dude that is so cool that you loved Planet Caravan!
Side one is epic. Especially War Pigs (first song). But have another careful listen to Hand Of Doom ... It's another epic tune. Get into some of these lyrics, man!
So much groove, i love it!
the best part about ozzy is that he still sounds this amazing even now. its truly awesome
and i'm so glad you liked planet caravan. its such a chill and relaxed song
React to some Kyuss or Queens of the Stone Age for the next marathon 🤘🏻
Bradley Allen Kyuss would be cool. I've been requesting him to react to Sleep so maybe Kyuss would be good after this then Sleep. It's a natural progression of heavyness
Bradley Allen yessssss
FelixTheWat again, that's why I want him to react to Sleep after Kyuss. It's a natural progression into the Stoner Rock/Metal genre
Sleep, Electric Wizard, Pentagram and Candlemass are all where I would go from Black Sabbath
Xan Abyss same
One of the true pioneers of the Heavy Metal Genre!!
When you told yourself to shush during Planet Caravan I lost it hahaha
Dude you're a surprises box, I love you hahaha
its like seeing the roots and the for fathers of metal where the modern sound became to be.
You need react to Faith no More
Tiago Lima ice been saying that for awhile.
He's probably gonna find it too weird like system of down. But hey, you never know!
3:13 exactly - So glad you finally got to this dude! By the way - that guy is freakin OZZY with Tony on guitar Geezer on Bass and Bill on Drums
He raves over Planet Caravan, but calling it now, he will hate Solitude and Zeitgeist for reasons no one will know.
Luzipher Yeah pretty much! Haha
He is all over the place with his reactions!
That's what's makes it interresting.
Keep it up. Love your videos.
Nice that you like Planet Caravan, it's jazzy and mellow
I'm so anxious for Sabotage.
Sean Wechsler Megalomania!!!
This album is amazing. I do have my disagreements about some of your thoughts on this album but yeah lol. Their next album is my number one favorite. After this marathon, you got to finish the big 4 with the band Anthrax.
How can you disagree with someone thoughts? xD!
That some hard rock history there bro
Jack the stripper/Faeries wear boots is my favorite song on the album :p. Surprised he liked a slow song like Planet Caravan lol
totally agree: first half is the album, the rest is an extended jam session
GEEZER !!!!👍❤😃
love the fact that planet caravan is possibly the best song you ever heard... its totally awesome... you need to reach out to more metal heads your reviews are spot on... each one reminds me of when I heard these albums...made me feel the same way and still do ... lets keep it going...
On the third Pantera album.. the very last song was a cover to the third song on this album
So much of these reviews are just the mood he’s in
Planet Caravan is my favorite from this album!!!
Can't wait until you get to their reunion album from 2013, with modern production they sound SO SICK! they haven't lost a bit of creativity either.
Let's go!
I love how much you love music. We are same ✌🏻
Master of Realty is the next album you gotta listen to next. After that it's Vol.4.
Is it safe to say u like OZZY!!!!!

What do you personally listen to? I never thought I'd like Black Sabbath either but I love them now.
TESTAMENT marathon !!!
I hope you do born again. Very underrated album
You know shit just got real when he played the slow song on a repeat :D
I think you should do a AC/DC marathon.....the first albums with Bon Scott as lead singer are very, very blue's oriented. Black Sabbath, followed quickly by AC/DC and Judas Priest is the beginning of all Heavy Metal. Some may throw Led Zepplin in the mix.......but they weren't real Heavy Metal.........more like just Hard Rock.
Sabbath best band ever
I'd love to see you do Pink Floyd, however, if you do, reccomend skipping to Meddle then going forward from there. Please, would love this!
I hope you can give the second half of that record another try. You should really dig Hand Of Doom, song is so groovy.
If for whatever reason say trapped on an island for the rest of my life & could only have 1 album to listen to, it would b Black Sabbath: Paranoid!
Scott Sherwood I dont think he killed it honestly. All the hits of the album are on the first half of the album
Please tell me you are doing volume 4 ?!
One day there was a man named youyouyou. He traveled throughout the vastness of space and reached Planet Caravan. Once he turned around and looked at the rest of the universe...it just didn't compare to what he had found.
You have to listen to the last song on this album Fairies Wear boots it's one of the best song on the album!!
If you like. Try some classic, Helloween, Keeper of the 7 keys, part 1 or 2. Smooth cool car driving.
Gotta give Bolt Thrower - Those Once Loyal a listen my dude, spice some things up, been around for a long time but always stayed underground.
6:05 you probably remember it from the end credits of Iron Man (just when Tony Stark says: "I am Iron Man" and people on the press conference go nuts LOL)
Mudvayne marathon please you will love L.D. 50
As I lay dying marathon should be next
There's a new DevilDriver album that came out a week ago, in case you didn't know. Also, you should react to Coal Chamber, it has the same lead singer, it's his band before Devildriver, but it only has four albums.
Protest the Hero next please
Anyone else think he’d prefer ozzy’s solo stuff?
Probably. It's a lot more poppy.
SepticSchizo955 not poppy, more like hard rock than metal
I see Ozzy’s solo stuff as him letting go and having fun more, but his solo stuff progressively got worse for me
Anthrax Anthrax Anthrax!!! Keep doin you you you 😂😁👍
you would love Queens of the Stone Age
You should check out skindred, they’re a mix of a bunch of styles but mainly metal-reggae
Nah dude... Fairies Wear Boots, great song, ya gotta believe me!!!! 🤟🏽😎
For me album nr 5 SabbathBloodySabbath is masterpiece
Find Peace In Nature Ozzy actually considers that there best album
Lol this guy is so unpredictable/inconsistent what the heck
justplainskill he likes the drums a lot. Usually a good fast drummer that isn’t generic and he’ll like it
angra marathon next!
brazilian power metal!
Dio or Queen next!
Wait till Heaven and Hell
Pantera did an excellent cover of Planet Caravan.
Black sabbath - The God father of metal music. Thanks to Tony Iommi the Guitarist who invented it..
Who is this guy? Lol Ever heard of a guy called OZZY OSBOURNE? the legend!
When Dio comes this would be the real shit maaaaan!
Diamond Head-Lighning to the nations(White Album). Don't do a marathon, just react to that record, pleeeaaaaseee!
You have to do led zeppelin if your able to
SWAGORAMA!
Dude you have to react to Attila! Probably the funniest lyrics ever, especially their latest song pizza 😂
FYI: Pantera does a cover of Planet Caravan.
This album has the most well known metal song that ever was or will b. Iron Man.
It's time for Deep Purple. And Dio. And Queen.
Next album contain alot more groove, sabbath btw is one of those bands that just grows on you the more you listen to them :)
You gotta listen to some Helloween soon ;)
dude thats Ozzy singing man right on bro.
I agree with his view on the album. Although this has some classic songs on it, I think albums like Master of Reality work better as a whole
so you agree that the second half is background sounds?
TMPOUZI not necessarily “background sounds”, just not quite as engaging as the first half. It’s still good material, and I can see why others think it’s classic
well what can I say. I think Electric Funeral, Fairies Wear Boots and Hand of Doom are equally legendary songs with the first half. I mean I grade the second half 10+++, while I give the first half 10++++. The guy was yawning and you agreed
+TMPOUZI to each their own. I never agreed with him yawning over the second half, just him thinking the first half was better
Master of Reality is also my favourite Sabbath record but I'm going to go out on a limb and say that he'll like Sweet Leaf, Children of the Grave, Into the Void and maybe Lord of this World.(Big maybe) He'll dislike Solitude for no reason.

well you're certainly the first guy ever on this planet to call Fairies Wear Boots and Hand of Doom background sounds. Something affected your mood again
TMPOUZI I think he needs to listen to live versions, there's a lot of angst in their live performances you don't quite get from there studio albums
Bro, you gotta do Andrew WK’s first album and... TOOL!!!!!!!!!!!
Please react: Lou Reed, Rock n Roll Animal, "Sweet Jane" and "Herion" Thank you!! 😊
I am guessing you're gonna love this shit!!
Kelly 1976
Judging for the thumbnail...im not sure
3:49 classic
