Galactus has the power to wipe an entire universe with a wave of his hand but he doesn't wish to do so... it is not his job to destroy a universe u less he sees a threat.. He is a multiversal level entity...

It really amazes me when I realize how inferior Anti Monitor is to beings like Gabriel Hornblower, Michael Demiurgos and Lucifer Morningstar. The hierarchy of power in the DC multiverse is pretty interesting without a doubt.

Just seeing his armor is a huge deal and can effect the multiverse when used by others. On top of that it is the armor Superboy Prime used at one point. Those two things alone should give you a firm nudge on how OP this character actually is. Well that and how he destroyed what was at the time infinite universes which left only one remaining. This was proven when the golden age supes was the one who laid the final blow on the anti monitor. With a punch as said on a dc manual that can shatter multiple stars. Ofc, this same supes would battle the post crisis supes on infinite crisis #5 and expanded on multiple tie ins. Most notably adventures of superman #649. That battle collapsed reality itself like how prime was able to. The same superman who fought earth 2 superman who would then beat anti monitor's brother, the world forger so enough with the misconception that pre crisis supes got jobbed and is significantly more powerful than the post crisis version. The imaginary axis did a better job on laying down facts
